Avoided Botach after a bad experience 10 years ago. Ordered boots, immediately charged and spent months trying to cancel order. Figured I’d give them another shot since price was good and they had my size. Same experience this time, accept I was much less patient. Emailed twice and called twice-had to leave messages that were never answered. Order showed in process will take 24/48 hrs, after two weeks of this status I started attempting to contact-never received response. Last msg I left I said send order now, cancel with confirmation or I’m contacting credit card company for fraud. Order sent that afternoon. Don’t believe how bad they are? Check Better Business Bureau. Dozens of similar experiences. Go elsewhere pay a few more bucks. "
"I think this website may be a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered several magazines on March 21, it is now April 11 and they have not shipped (They are still marked "Awaiting Processing"). It has been almost 3 weeks, I have emailed several times with no response, and called customer service several times and it continuously goes to voice mail where I have left several messages. NO RESPONSE! Are you guys trying to scam people or do you just have horrible customer service?"
"They had an EO Tech sight on sale for an AWESOME price. I purchased one, and waited several weeks. I then sent a follow up email to confirm the order and get ETA on shipping. They replied promptly and told me they were waiting on a supplier to ship the part. Then days later I received a cancellation notice status it was a programming error.
They cancelled the order, and now refuse to honor the advertised price. I contacted support and "Chayna" was less than helpful, and stopped replying. I strongly recommend you pay the few extra dollars and take you business to a reputable dealer. You will regret it if not!"
"The piccatinny rail that mounts on a bayonet lug fit like a glove. I had no issues with mounting the rail to my existing lug on my .223 & .308. I did add a little thread lock to the set screw for added rigidity. Can’t wait to get to the range and give the bi-pods a try."
