Maybe things have changed since the Wu-Flu came to town, but MY experiences thus far are all that I can go by, and they've benn nothing but great for me. "I placed an order nearly two months ago and was sent a notice that it had been shipped a couple of weeks later. FedEx still shows it as "pending" because all they did was generate a label. I've called and emailed almost daily, but to no avail. Other guys in my unit are waiting on their gear as well.
We've figured out a pattern that leads us to seriously doubt their ethics. Their prices are fake...they'll only ship you the low priced gear if you order a bunch of other, higher priced gear with it."

"Placed an order March 20 with all items shown in stock; didn't hear anything so followed up a month later, only to receive a generic email stating the Wuhan virus was impacting their business. In May they contacted me stating my credit card authorization had expired and they needed me to send them the card info again. Not comfortable emailing them my CC# I tried calling them, but they aren't answering the phone, or apparently returning messages left for them. Sent a couple follow up emails, to no avail.
Meanwhile I receive a couple email offers a day from them. In view of the difficulty they are having fulfilling 3 month old orders, perhaps they should not be soliciting further business until they catch up? This is all very reminiscent of their business ethic--or lack thereof--from several years ago where they often had great prices, but poor follow through and abysmal customer service. Looks like it's time to stop doing business with them as they clearly have little concern for their customers. "

I placed a order for items "in-stock" on 4/17/2020 for $532, they in turn drafted they funds from my account, even though the three line items were "awaiting fulfillment ". Two weeks later line item#2 was notated, "this item can not be reordered because it is no longer in stock". This is not clearly defined, however, I requested a quotation on the items prior to the order/payment. They were in stock, so I pay $30 for expedited shipping, now its 5/12/20, no items, no refund, no response, and no hope.
Furthermore, I clearly specified upon the payment transaction, "per botach.com, these items are in stock, please see that all items come in accordance with OEM specifications"
The company has a website polling them at 1.7 out of 5 stars @ 5,200 + reviewed. Unfortunately I didn't know that prior, but I still believe in small business and would have likely given them the opportunity for my business anyway... I'm out $500, Buy with confidence."
"Charged me 4-28-20 for my order. Have shipped nothing as of 5-12-20. Don’t answer phone or emails. Seems to me they are making online sales but not actually operating or selling items they don’t have. Who knows, but its bad business either way. Probably end up disputing the charges with credit card. "

May 5th 2020 I get a shipped notification - 3xcept it was just a label created & FedEx still does not have the item. They charged me May 5th - it is now May 11th (late evening) & the package is still not received by FedEx.
Going to reverse the charges on my card for FRAUD.

"All the negative reviews have the same things in common. Charging customers for things that aren’t in stock. Gross shipping delays (if they ship at all). Failure to fulfill orders or full refunds. Seems like you need to have intervention from BBB or Paypal to see any action from them. "
