I had ordered pink carnation for a congratulatory occasion from Bloomsvilla Website! Before ordering I had even checked if that delivery of that bouquet was available in that area and the website had showed that it was. I had scheduled for delivery to be done today, ie 30th August 2022 between 8AM-12PM. But I received an email today at around 11:15 that the carnations which I had ordered cannot be delivered and they were offering a bouquet of red roses. A bouquet of red roses for an occasion completely different! I had paid 1299 rupees for the carnations and I know that roses are cheaper than carnations. I emailed them several times to either give me a discount or to give me a different option. But these stubborn people simply refused to help. I even tried chatting online but no one replied.
Definitely not recommending this website to anyone!"

BLOOMSVILLA is a FRAUD CUSTOMER CHEATER company. Do not ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER. YOU WILL END UP LOSING YOUR MONEY and after that YOU WILL BE JUST CHASING THEM FOR REFUNDS THAT THEY NEVER GIVE.
I had placed an order #BV2294807 on 8th August that had 3 items but they did not deliver the most expensive item worth Rs 799. I had raised several complaints with them but till today even after so many complaints. They you have not refunded my money back not delivered the item.
My biggest silliness that I again placed an order #BV2299646 that was specifically to be delivered on 25th midnight for which I paid extra. My order was not delivered at all. It was for my friend’s birthday and now whole purpose of sending tat is lost so I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. But in reply they send a standard email and do not do any action at all.
Their customer care number just keeps us on perpetual hold and no one ever picks it up.
Height of cheating the customers really."

"Bloomsvilla is just fake I paid 6,474 Rupees to deliver flowers and cake to my close one upon promised by the executive to deliver on the date and the time to the location with pin code specified. They didn't deliver and demanded 700 Rs extra as delivery charges to deliver it the next day!!
Don't order guys and upon asking for a refund they just want to give a coupon valid for another year. I mean seriously who will trust you again after messing with the best day of the year?

"I ordered some items along with Cake for my Wife's 1 BIRTHday after our Marriage. Paid Rs.250 for the midnight delivery of the Cake. Partially delivered some items on the Day before around noon time.
The cake was expected on the night around 11.30 and we made all the arrangements. But these Guys have Cheated on us and no one had contacted us for delivery yet. we tried to reach customer service but were disappointed.
They Spoiled my Event and Cheated me by promising Midnight Delivery.

"I live in Canada and couldnt send flowers to my girlffriend through Amazon. So i picked this pathetic service that first popped on my screen when i searched to send flowers to India. I wanted to send surprise flowers at my girlfriend's work in a particular time window on 16 Feb as per the delivery option I picked.
1. He didn't come on time. Finally I had to tell my girlfriend about the surprise and she reached home by that time. But the delivery guy refused to deliver at any other address. He said he will come the next day. After multiple follow ups on 25 Feb, he confirmed that he won't deliver to any address.
2. When I followed up with their team about the refund, with a multiple back and forth emails, they said they won't refund the money. And asked for another address to send the package without any due date.
Before you order through them, may be consider throwing your money in gutter... that may give you satisfaction rather than this trouble we went through."
