"Paid online for a cake on 24th feb. Website said that the cake would be delivered on 25th feb 2022 between 8am to 12pm. Received a call at 11am asking for payment of 250Rs as additional delivery charge. I Paid that amount immediately as I did not want the delivery to be delayed. I made an order after inputting the pincode. They said the product is available.
After the order is placed, and payment is made they say the product is not available and they will replace it with an additional Rs 150 for delivery even though while placing the order it was said that delivery is free.
The other option is to cancel with Rs 200 or 10% cancellation fee whichever is higher. Or get a gift certificate on their website with cancellation fee waived.
Either way your money is stuck.
The customer service number did not connect me for a full 10 minutes the first time.
When I finally got to a customer care executive, they put me on hold indefinitely. I had to be on call for over half an hour and then they hung up without solving the issue.
TLDR: They bait to get your money then you are stuck. Customer service is pathetic.
I wanted to attach screenshots of the entire things but there is no provision.

"Ordered on 14th Feb for same day delivery. Bloomsvilla decided on their own to deliver it next day. I requested the company to either deliver same day or cancel + refund. Company choose not to respond until next day, when the delivery actually happened. I still requested for refund as purpose was defeated. Sent emails, but team responded very rudely quoting "no refund policy upon delivery".
Stay away from this site. I would never order again."

They fraudulently make money without delivering. Modus operandi is to induce customers by lower pricing. After payment is made they send mail asking for exorbitant (compared to price of item) delivery charge. Situation is created for you to cancel the order and ₹200/- or 10% of order (whichever is higher) is cancellation charge.
They make money only through order cancellations !

"Paid over 3,000 for a lush wreath of white roses for my uncles funeral and when it arrived it was a single line of thin cheap large daisy looking flowers. now wroth even 1,000, yet here I paid 3000. After we contacted them all they could say was we ran out so we replaced it with EQUAL quality. NOT TRUE. I wish I could upload a picture of it and you'd all laugh to what they call equal quality. I was never offered a refund or an apology, not did I think it was worth my time dealing with scam artist. I'll take my loss and aware others and never come back here for any purchases for any events in life.
The normal courtesy if they ran out of the flowers and style I order would have been to contact me via the many forms of contact info they take from you and ask would that be okay or should be issue you a refund. Don't you think all? Now for the rest of my live i'll have a guilt that my uncle on it last resting day was scammed out of his final respect with these cheap wilted flowers. "
