"I ordered a cake for my parents anniversary on April 6 and which was supposed to be deliver by 6 pm. But the order was put on hold by making An excuse that my parents didn’t attend the call. When I crossed checked with my parents they said they haven’t receive and call. On asking company about my order they first said the address is wrong when I provide the details they make the excuse that I ordered flowers which I didn’t and they can’t initiate the refund as flowers are perishable and they can’t refund my money. They themselves don’t know what I order and what they weee supposed to deliver. Bluntly refused my request and inquiry.
Such a horrible site to order anything for your loved ones and equally disgusting customer services. I lost my 1679 rupees please be aware these frauds."

The first time they delivered the product outside the promised window. I even Paid extra for early hours delivery and it was delivered the next day. There was not apologies or anything from the company. What is the point in getting flowers the next day of the wedding anniversary.

The second order was promised to be delivered by 12 PM and at 11:30 PM they put the order on hold and asked me to pay extra money to have the delivery done. When I asked to cancel the order they asked me to 400 Rupees for the cancellation due to their mistake."
