"In first place I would say their website is fake and horrible. Ordered a cake yesterday, and there was no option to select name to write on cake. They promise to deliver on time but actually never deliver.
I ordered cake for my brother’s birthday and the order didn’t get delivered. I called multiple times to know the status of the order and no one picked up the call. They write big things on website about 24x7 customer service but it’s all lie. No one comes for chat and neither for call. They never respond.
The tracking ID link from the order email is fake. It says incorrect order number or email whenever we tries to track the Order. I went separately to the website to track the order and it shows given to delivery time from 7 hours but the cake wasn’t delivered.
Big scam website just attracting customer to purchase things which never gets delivered and their moto is to scam and get people’s money.
Had an terrific experience and had to disappoint my younger brother on his birthday.
Never trust and never buy anything from bloomsvilla. Do not get cheated. And yes they never refund money back. "
"I ordered a large fruit basket of INR 3500 to be delivered at a scheduled time of before 9 am. I was charged additionally for the specific time delivery.
No delivery was made even till 11 am. Since the receiver had to leave, I emailed Bloomsvilla to cancel the order. Their phone doesn't work.
Two hours later they messaged to say the receiver did not accept the order. And no refund will be given.
I requested a change of address but they ignored the request.
Very bad experience. Feel cheated."

"I unfortunately ordered last-minute rakhi hamper for my nephew in USA through this website while selecting the delivery date for 31-Aug-23. This delivery date selection enabled on the website is Fake as the package got delivered only today (08-Sep-23). Effectively, the whole purpose of gifting was defeated.
I will not be ordering through this website ever and would recommend others to desist ordering from Bloomsvilla.

"Had a terrible experience. They do not undertake same day delivery. Extremely poor customer service and poor business ethics. They expect you to "read" through their "terms and conditions" in fine print which when read again makes it clear that you are unlikely to get the cake as per the date you ordered and rather as per their convenience. The only number on the website was ringing continuously and no one attended to it. The customer chat we advertises "we respond immediately" was frustratingly unresponsive and agonizingly slow. The cake was to be delivered between 1800h and 2100h and never came through. I had finally cancelled the order and dropped a mail as well to that effect by 2300h. To my shock, I learnt that the business was not even aware of the developments or my email! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY HAVE NO REAL INTENT OF PROVIDING SERVICE BUT DEFRAUD YOU."
"I placed an order for a birthday present for a friend with these losers on June 13. On calling [which is the only time they took my call], I was told since it's a 'courier product', delivery was delayed and it will be delivered by the next day.
It is June 21 today and guess what? My order was NEVER delivered. I have tried to call these con artists but my calls are never answered. On constant emailing, asking them to refund my money, their only response was - 'sorry, since it is a courier product, refund is not possible'.

Customer service is terrible pathetic they never response your call, they have chat process but not to reply you . They do not have time to reply your emails . In one words when you are placing the order after making the payment you have to keep your self ready to accept that you have spent the money to orphanage who has no money to feed their Childs"
