"The product was supposed to deliver on Valentine's Day, instead it came a day later. It was supposed to be sent to the hospital my girlfriend works at, instead it came to our apartment. I received multiple emails confirming it had been delivered on Valentine's Day, when it had not. After following up with the webchat customer service, 2 different people gave me contradicting statements about what happened. Eventually they admitted there was a "glitch" in their system and I never should have received an email saying it had been delivered when it hadn't been. She also admitted it was a day late because they were backlogged (not the customer's problem!).

When the product did arrive, it looked completely different to what was shown in images on the website. Much smaller arrangement, and not a single red flower (the arrangement name even had the word "red" in it!). AND half the flowers were already wilted!

Absolutely atrocious and inferior product. I could have gotten much nicer for a fraction of the cost at my local convenience store."

WHAT YOU ORDER WON'T GET DELIVERED!

Bloomex used to be good but not anymore.

Ordered January 2022, order arrived ridiculously late and was not what we ordered, received a shoddy half dead bouquet without a vase.

Ordered February 2022, Order did not arrive at all!

They gladly take your money, then substitute or will not include items that were ordered. They will not refund your money when they don't deliver.

Our most recent order did not even arrive. When complaints were made, just a phony web chat communication occurs. When calling about an order that has already been paid for, you get put on hold and then the phone goes dead. When you send an email about your order that has already been paid for, there is just a automated reply. or again, phony excuses and a refusal to refund for goods not delivered."
