Awful dead flower arrangement

"I used Bloomex specifically because they offered a bouquet of gerber daisies, my cousin's favourite flowers. The price was right so I chose the super sized bouquet, the amount of flowers she actually got, was pitiful for "super-sized". Not only that, but I specifically searched the town that she lives in thinking that the flowers would be from or close to there, no they were shipped by Fed Ex, and instead of arriving the same day, arrived 2 days late. I was given the wrong address for delivery, and my cousin and I spent 3 days fighting with Fed Ex on the phone to get the flowers delivered even though I specifically had to provide my cousin's phone number in order to complete the delivery order. If you're not going to call before delivery or if there's a mistake, why ask for the deliveree's phone number? Fed Ex kept the flowers even though they were only 10 minutes from my cousin's home (cousin couldn't pick up as she was isolating with Covid, hence why I was sending her the flowers), and when they finally did arrive, there was no water in the vase (which I had to pay extra for) and the flowers were brown and wilted. Absolutely horrendous arrangment and customer service. So disappointing."

Must Read if you are considering ordering from Bloomed

"BEWARE!! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER from this company. You will not receive what you ordered and their customer service is below par, it disgraceful! Unfortunately they are not customer focused and only care about the initial sale. Once your order is delivered and its not what you ordered they will direct you to their policy that states "We reserve the right to make a fair and reasonable substitutions " I ordered $140 of lilies and received nothing that even resembled lilies, and Bloomex thinks this is fair and reasonable.. uuummm no! it's actually laughable. Oh and don't even waste your time trying to get the issue rectified because they DO NOT CARE. Wish I read more reviews before I decided to order from this shady company. You have been warned! 0/5 stars."

"I used Bloomex recently to send flowers to my sister-in-law while in the hospital out of town.

She was too nice to mention it, however I was told by my husband that most of the flowers were wilting one day after they were delivered. I do not recommend these guys!!!

Unbelievably Bad

"How does a company like this stay in business?
I became a first time grandmother on December 24th to a baby girl who they named Calla. Since it was Christmas it was hard to find a floral store open to order so I thought I would try an online delivery service which I regret so much. After going though Blomex site I found a beautiful arrangement of Calla Lilies and ordered them asking for deluxe because the regular one didn’t include a vase. Deluxe didn’t have an option for vase.
My son called to thank me but he said they were not Calla lilies, just plain lilies, and they came in a plastic bag with the stems in oasis (green foam) and two wilting pieces of greens. The balloon for New Baby was a valentines balloon that said ‘Love ya’ on it. So, wrong flowers, wrong balloon and no vase. Cost of this disaster 97.50.
The company won’t take away the joy i feel about my new granddaughter but it sure clouded it a bit.

Be warned. Bad quality and very shady policies

"I live in Germany and I was not able to come home to Canada for Christmas, so I sent flowers to my mom, who’s alone and haven’t seen in over 2 years because of COVID.

Firstly, the flowers arrived with unopened, dried-out petals, and 4 days later, failed to develop and wilted even more. The customer service was of no help at all. After leaving 2 messages and calling over 8 times, they offered me a measly 10 CAD store credit.

Secondly, when looking at the prices on the Canadian website, everything was shown in $. However, because I paid with a German credit card, they charged my card in USD $, without any conversion. So my order that was supposed to be 70 CAD$ ended up being 70 USD$, which amounts to 100 CAN$!!! Upon payment, they do not show that you are being charged in USD. They only show “$”, which everybody visiting a Canadian website would assume could only be in $CAD (why the heck should it be charged in USD?!). When I called the customer service, they told me this is one of their policies (not stated upon payment, but in a different section on their website), which also does NOT state that there will be no currency conversion.

I will be sure to seek legal counsel on this.

This is at the height of dishonesty and I do not understand how this is not considered fraud or illegal in Canada. This is misrepresentation, misleading of customers and businesses, and misinformation and I will be sure to NEVER order from them again. How they are still in business is beyond me.

Be warned. Bad quality and very shady policies.

Negative experience

"First experience with Bloomex. Ordered and used a $20 gift card I had. The discount code was applied successfully. Completed the transaction and was provided with my total, which was correct. Flowers were delivered in a timely manner and I was then issued a receipt. The $20 coupon was not applied and I was charged in full. I left a message for customer service. No reply. I emailed and received a response simply stating nothing they will or can do and to use the coupon on my next purchase. The delivery fee was $19.98, which I believe to be a bit pricey. Won’t be using this service again. "

Stay away from this company!

"I ordered a SUPERSIZE Serenade and I received a Standard bouquet. It was supposed to have white Lilies and lavender roses, and I didn't get a single Lily and the roses were pink. So I received a complete different bouquet from what I had ordered. After my first complaint, they offered me a 20$ store credit. When I complained again, they offered to send it again. They keep refusing to do a full refund, saying is against their policies. So, this can happen to you. These guys don't understand that people order the favorite flowers and colors of the person you are giving the flowers to, and by sending a complete different arrangement they are screwing up the whole thing. Just go to your local flower shop or other site, but DO NOT buy from this site. I'm filing a complaint to the small claims court. BTW, I'll give this ZERO stars."

Bloomex is the WORST flower delivery you can find in Canada.

"The previous order was 6 months ago. Paid extra for "morning delivery" but it was LATE, and there were 23 flowers in "TWO DOZEN" order. No partial refund whatsoever. At that point, I could not imagine that later I will be scoring this "good enough service" as for Bloomex.
Two weeks ago I gave them the second chance and that was a big mistake.
Ordered "morning delivery 9am-12pm" again. Here is the timeline:
9:00-12:00 - NOTHING happened
12:04 - I got an email "order delivered"
12:06 - I called them asking about my delivery. The lady on the phone asked me to wait and called the driver. After that, she said that "there was an error with email" and that driver IS ON HIS WAY and flowers will be delivered WITHIN NEXT 15 MIN (please remember this). She also mentioned that I will have a refund within the next 2 hours.
12:10-2:05 - NOTHING happened
2:05 - I called them again. While waiting for response I got an "order delivered" email again. This time they said that flowers were delivered to the concierge. I asked why no one bothered to let me know about that before I called myself but the only thing they were able to tell is "we don't know why the driver did not call you". And I have an idea why - so I would not be able to tell when delivery actually happened. Again, they promised me a refund for delivery. To be clear - my phone was available all time, I only called them that day, no one called me that day at all despite the number printed on the package. The concierge told me that they are not even allowed to take flowers, but the delivery person promised them that I'm on my way to pick it up, which was a complete lie, since I was never told they dropped flowers in the foyer (which is ridiculous by itself).
Today, I called them again since of course, no refund happened. And now they told me that "according to THEIR records" the delivery happened at 10am. And Bloomex is not going to do any refund. This makes zero sense because
1) the very first notification by email was at 12:04
2) at about 12:10 they told me that driver is on his way and it will be in 15 mins.
They suggested to me credits to be used for the next order, which I refused to take because Bloomex is the kind of service I don't want to deal with EVEN FOR FREE.
I recommend Bloomex to nobody unless you really want some terrible experience and lies.
Discussing these issues with their support person was a complete waste of time.

Never again!!!

"Ordered a bouquet off delivery on Saturday and it arrived on a Wednesday. Flowers were bent, broken and drooping and for the cost I paid I could have bought 3 bouquets of grocery store flowers and come out ahead with much nicer flowers. Interesting how there no place to do a public Google or Facebook review of this company. "

I ordered a large bouquet for my grandmother's birthday

"I ordered a large bouquet for my grandmother's birthday. The flowers were broken and so was the vase that I paid extra for. They sent me a confirmation email, that turned out to also be a preemptive apology for the condition of the flowers. I placed my order on Oct. 13th, 2021, they sent the preemptive email on the 15th, when my order was due to be delivered on the 21st. I spent days trying to reach someone (ANYONE) at the company, left several messages that were not returned. When I sent the pictures of the delivered item, on the 30th, they told me they have "A 24 hr policy". So they offered me a $15 store credit, to make up for the ridiculous state of the flowers (that cost me nearly $100), and would not refund my money.

Disgusting, shady customer service, and I will never order from Bloomex again.
