"I made an order on Tuesday, July 24th for 1,000 brochures to be shipped I didn't think I would need express shipping but then turned out I needed them before I had planned. I sent an email on Tuesday, July 31th. There was a little miscommunication, apparently, someone had gotten back to me but the message never went through. I messaged again the very next day and got a really nice reply from an agent apologizing for not getting the first email, and informed me that the designer assigned to my case finished the print and requested a 1-day delivery. He gave me a tracking number that showed my package was already in transit and that I would receive them that same day on August 1st. "
