Responding only via email is okay but not when those responses come 48+ hours after initial contact.

Using web-only interface is also okay, but not when the account status is not updated or tracking numbers not relayed."

I chose their 2-3 day speed but my order ended up shipping out in only 24 hours which was the first plus about them. Their prices are great so i assumed quality would just be so-so. "I have been designing and printing for 18 years. I have used every print company imaginable and i can without a doubt tell you that Blockbuster Print excels at both quality print, pricing and AMAZING customer service. They are the only company that has been SO CONSISTENT in all categories. I wrote an email to them at 1am and they wrote back within 6 minutes. Do they sleep? lol Their designer Kevin worked with me for a week to help me with a custom project i had an idea on for gold foil printing on my business card printing. He was kind enough to lend a hand on the design free of charge. He expedited the order for me and what showed up was a pure masterpiece. "Hi guys, i work for NatGeo Photo Labs in New York. I worked with an online rep named George who was ever so gracious in helping accommodate our booklet deadline. We needed 2500 booklets by Wednesday which was 48 hours after i found Blockbuster print.

I guess i had missed their 10 am cut off to have a project print in 24 hours and ship on Tuesday (next day print time) for it to arrive Wednesday (with next day air). George routed my order to their California warehouse to beat the 10am time zone issue i faced and shipped from there. This helped ensure my order shipped out Tuesday so it could arrive via next day air on Wednesday.

The convention started at 12pm so i was going to wait at our office alone while the rest of our staff went to the show, so i could wait for the boxes. The online rep instead told me they could ship directly to the convention by 8:30am. Not only did we not have to carry 200 pounds of what ended up being 10 boxes but they were at our booth waiting and ready for us. Just wow! I am not one to write reviews but this experience was so helpful to such a big event for us that they deserve it.

Note, Blockbusterprint has never been our client. so, how can they speak publicly about our relationship with our clients? As a small business owner who has worked hard to get to where I am, when I pay for a service, that is what I want. In my review I called them thieves for promising to redo my brochures and cards when they had absolutely no intentions to do so. Because they do not like my review, I am being threatened, with a legal battle and false reviews of my business.

Blockbusterprint has proceeded to send me lengthy emails that include their clients lists. Blockbusterprint, the only thing I need from you are the good quality reprints you promised.

FYI. since you are the only one that have threatened a false review of my business, I will pay close attention to our reviews and hope that you are not that malicious.

I felt the need to write this review, alerting the population of my experience with blockbusterprint. I feel that what blockbusterprint is say is that they will rather, write a faulty review about me and threaten my business than act fairly in business.

"I had ordered rack cards for my business and went ahead without the extra review that was recommended because I previously printed from them before and had no issues. However, I still received an email that my rack cards wouldn't print well and the fact that they had reached out before printing my rack card design I had submitted, they still made sure to check with me even though it was on me. They deliver high quality products for an amazing price and really care for their customer needs and wats. They are passionate about design and printing and it shows whether its through the products your receive or the impeccable customer service!
