I will say that files uploaded for a large order that was supposed to be expedited did not get handled as well as an expedited order should, as contact from any team member is sluggish and for a company to not have any phone # listed is a bit awkward for time-sensitive jobs.
Responding only via email is okay but not when those responses come 48+ hours after initial contact.
Using web-only interface is also okay, but not when the account status is not updated or tracking numbers not relayed."
"This is my 3rd time working with these guys. First time i placed a small test order and i was blown away. I chose their 2-3 day speed but my order ended up shipping out in only 24 hours which was the first plus about them. Their prices are great so i assumed quality would just be so-so. To my surprise, they were better than the last 4 companies we tested that we paid about 20-25% more from originally.
