"STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. I will never order anything from this company again and advise anyone willing to listen to avoid them as well. Ordered knife on Friday. Was excited to see that on Monday my knife was going to be delivered. Excitement turned quickly to disappointment as my order was being returned to sender due to an insufficient address. Later that Monday I emailed the company to hopefully find out what happened and when my order may be sent out again. After two days I received a response which provided no answers as to what happened nor did I receive any kind of estimate on when my order might be sent out. After a couple more emails back and forth I still had no idea what happened, nor any idea when my order was going to be sent out. Looking back at the emails from BladeHQ, they seem deliberately evasive about when I would get my order. After receiving no answers via email I called on Thursday, the day my order was supposed to be delivered by. This call was equally frustrating as the response I received was, we will not issue you your order until we receive the original and process it which takes 4-6 days. I pointedly asked the employee on the phone so it could be anywhere from 1 week to 3 weeks to receive my order with no idea when that’s going to happen, and his response was yes. They have my money, I have no knife nor any idea when am going to get my knife. I cancelled my order and still have no idea when I’m going to get my money back if at all. "
