Very Bad Customer Service

"I ordered a puzzle that clearly stated it was IN STOCK. When it never arrived I checked their web site and it said it was cancelled. Now mind you, it clearly stated in stock when I ordered it and and nobody ever contacted me to state it was out of stock. When I contacted them, they had no answers for why or how this happened. This was the first time I ordered from them and it will be the last."

`VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE

"I ordered 3 jigsaw puzzles. and requested the gift they were offering with an order. They were sent out within 48 hours. The delivery was late.
The Canada Post site advised that they are behind schedule because of the C virus. The box arrived with 4 puzzles. The quality of the puzzles is good and well packaged. I have not finished any of the puzzles yet and am looking forward to working on them while I am at home. I would recommend this company to a friend.

Don't Order From This Company

"I placed an order for some Easter gifts. The website said there would be a 7-10 day delay in shipping the order so I knew it would not be here in time. On day 10 I started checking for a status on my order since I had not recieved any notification that it had shipped and it appeared it had been canceled. So I attempted to call them. It took several calls to not get a busy signal and when they finally answered I was on hold for a long time. I gave them my order number and was told that my credit card company denied the charge. There was no reason for them to deny me and I had never received any message from my credit card company questioning the charge. Told the lady I wanted my order processed and was told that all items except one were sold out. Was told that I should have recieved an email or call from them letting me know credit card was denied. Never received either. I really don't think there was any truth to her story at all. As long as it took me to get through to someone, I believe this is happening to a lot of the people that ordered. They have too many orders to fill and are just cancelling them to get rid of them. Will never order from this company again after an experience like this. My grandkids were looking forward to these puzzles and are now very disappointed. "

Wish I read the reviews before purchasing 2 puzzles

"I ordered 2 puzzles from this company on March 23. They have still yet to come, and after reading all these reviews I’m not sure I’ll be happy with the product. I received an email from this company saying they were to be here on March 31. I know the world is a little crazy right now but this is not the first time this company has said they have shipped the product, but actually haven’t. Like I said, kicking myself now for not reading reviews on the company before purchasing their products "

Always seem to be missing a piece

"I ordered 3 puzzles from this company. The bits and pieces brand didn't fit that great. No picture to work with. I also got a Colorluxe puzzle. Again I was missing a piece. There was no separate picture to use as reference. A few of the pieces were broken cause the were so thin. I think I'll pass ordering puzzles from this company

Cheap and missing pieces

"We pulled out the puzzle with mailboxes and a winter wildlife scene. Puzzle was cheap and is already peeling in places. Upon finishing the puzzle we were missing one piece. This was a brand new puzzle that we had to cut the bag open to lay out all the pieces. So sad made in masshole land with employees that dont seem to care. They are not alone in having missing pieces though, seems to be a made in America thing as we take no pride in anything other than getting to the bar right after work. Good thing china takes pride and makes puzzles..."

Crappy puzzle!

"Why on earth would you make a puzzle that does not have interlocking pieces?! Especially edge pieces. The picture on the box is beautiful but the actual puzzle picture is fuzzy and grainy. Very poor quality. I will NEVER purchase a Bits and Pieces puzzle. Pure garbage! I received this as a gift."

RUN, DON’T WALK!

"This company has a beautiful catalog, that’s where the shopping starts and the nightmare begins. I shopped on Cyber Monday. No special discounts. However, the next day I got an email stating they had a problem with their site on Cyber Monday. I contacted Customer Service via email & was told they would not honor their Cyber Monday offer (free shipping & 20% off total order) bc I used the code on the back of the catalog which gave me $5 off! I explained that according to their site, at the time of ordering, that was my only option and since it was their error, they should honor their offer and credit my card for the additional amount. They absolutely would not budge! In addition, it took 3 weeks to get the defective merchandise! The printing on a tee shirt was very crooked, and a bank had no plug in the bottom! Normally, I read reviews before ordering from a company new to me. I guess in the frenzy of Christmas shopping, I just didn’t take the time to do that. I’ll never make that mistake again! I’m passing along this nightmarish experience so it can be added to all the others about this company. As I said, RUN, DON’T WALK !!"

Botched order

"I would like to give them no stars whatsoever but the have rigged it such that one can not write a review without a star. I am writing this review to warn others. I received a catalog in the mail and called their 800 number. I placed an order for Christmas gifts for my grandchildren. When I placed the order I was told that it would be delivered December 16th. It did not arrive on the 16th or the 17th or the 18th so I contacted them and was informed that it would arrive before the end of the day on the 21st. It did not. On the 22nd I was then informed that it would arrive by the end of the day on the 23rd. It did not. Christmas has come and gone and it has NEVER arrived. They are now claiming that it was delivered but it has not been delivered. I have been home the entire time. Dealing with this company has been a bad experience. I will never order from them again."

Company should only sell puzzles

"Run from this company! Everything I have purchased has been absolute JUNK with the exception of a puzzle. I bought a pocket saw that was suppose to cut through brick when it can’t even cut paper. Now, I have to send it back at my expense! Rip off company selling all overseas cheap junk!"

Wish I could give 1/2 Star

"I ordered 5 items for my grandsons on 12/7 and needed them before 12/22. Was given a delivery date of 12/20 up to 12/20 and then it changed to 12/26. When I called, the information was useless. No where today do you order a item that is in stock and it takes 3 weeks to get it. Stay away from this company!"

Wish I could give then zero stars.

"Ordered weeks ago. Contacted them today on line only to be told my CC had been declined. After much back and forth found someone has used an incorrect CC expiry date. I would expect they would have immediately contacted me to find the error but no, they did nothing. Meanwhile we are waiting for Christmas presents to arrive so we can start wrapping and sending. Customer service SO bad I wonder how they can stay in business. "

Horrible experience

"If I could give them a 1/4 of a Star I would. When you think about ordering something from this company, think again. Don't do it!!! They lure you in with a lower price, but when it comes time for the item to ship, no one knows where it is. They claim they gave to the shipper and the shipper says they do not have it. Bits and Pieces customer service told me to wait 3 days for a scan to show up for Fedex then I should be concerned if that has happened. This does not happen with any other company that I order product from. I order many items online and Fedex delivers them all except from this company. The item was claimed to ship twice and I still do not have it. Speaking with a manager named Grace her solution was to wait a day for them to check on the shipment or to order again. Hello, the definition of insanity is to keep doing the same thing and expecting a different result. The amount of time I spent with them on the phone and with the shipper was ridiculous. Same yourself the brain damage and order from someone else. You will be much happier and avoid this mess that I went through."

Delay shipping products, even when they state they are in stock. Their shipments go my SNAIL MAIL!!! takes forever.

"You place a order and they tell you then if it is in stock. Then it takes 16 days to ship. Try calling customer service, that is a joke."
