"Powershot G3 order. Be at home when they call back or you you won't get your order processed. Try to call them back...ETERNAL HOLD... LISTENING TO FRANK SINATRA SING YESTERDAY...OUCH! Finally got through to Billing and begged her for the ext. of guy in sales…that worked. Buy their overpriced upgrade kits or wait 8 weeks! Got the same thing with Pricit4less.Com with same recorded messages – same people. Are they the same company? Hmmm…"

"This is a horrible company to deal with. I purchased a Sony camcorder model 340 for 469.00 on 3/24/03, Monday. Their web site showed the item in stock. I needed the item by the following weekend so i added "next day air" shipping for 69.95, bringing the total to 538.95. On 3/25 , a salesman called to pressure me to buy a lens filter kit. I said that I did not want to buy anything other than the camcorder. He told me that it would ship in two weeks then. I cancelled the order over the phone. I did not receive a confirmation email of the cancelled order. On 3/30, I emailed the company to verify that the order was cancelled, no reply. Another attempt made on 3/31. No reply. I tried calling the company. They transferred me to what seemed like a half dozen departments and put me on hold until I was disconnected. On 4/1, I received an email stating the order was shipped. On 4/3, I received the item. They had sent the wrong camcorder. The box was open and the serial number tag was half torn off the box. I called the company and explained the situation. The salesman said to ship it back (it cost me 16.85 to ship it) and they would refund the full amount including the shipping costs. On 4/21, I received an email stating that a credit of 445.55 was issued, that I was responsible for the open box (this was obviously a returned item from another customer), and no credit for shipping it back.

I believe the remaining 110.25 is owed to me.

This company is quick to communicate for a purchase, but for a complaint or cancellation, they will not reply

"I called Bilibi's and asked if they had the Minolta Dimage 7i in stock, they assured me they did, I then asked if they could have it shipped and delivered the next day, they said they did it all the time and it would be no problem for an additional $70. So after high pressure to buy accessories which where horribly over priced, I ordered the camera. I re-arranged my schedule so I would be available for delivery, no delivery! I had to wait until monday to call, and was informed that it had not shipped and they gave me a song and dance about a shipment being water damaged, it was crap. I asked why I was not given the curtosy of a phone call or e-mail, they said they e-mailed, which was again a lie. These people are scam artists, do not buy from them!!!!!!!!!"

"I ordered a Sony camera from Bilibi.com. The next day I called to see what status was since I never received an email saying anything. I was then told that my ordered was canceled because they could not ship it to the third party address. Which I asked about before I even ordered the item and was told that it was not a problem. They said that they would give me a full rund and it should be credited within 4 to 5 days by Steve. Well I waited until Wendsday the 2nd of April to call again and spoke to Steve again and told him that I still haven't received my refund. He said I will have that done today. Well now its Friday and guess what stil no fefund. On the 2nd they said it would take 7-10 days to be refunded.I told them first you all said 4-5 now 7-10 which one is it. Well now they say it should be in my account in 3 days. We will see. Stay away from this Company!!! I found out about this site after the fact and was scared after I read about the other reviews. It seems what everybosy says is right about them. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! THERE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. YOUR ON HOLD FOREVER BEFORE THEY EVEN ANSWER!!! BUYER BEWARE"

"Order placed on 3/26/2003. Before on-line ordered was made, I phoned to make sure that a Canon G2 was in stock. I was told that they had plenty. I placed my order and when no status was posted to my account two days later, I phoned. I was put on hold for 30 minutes, only to be hung up on. However, to their credit, they called me right back. The caller advised me that they were offering 30% off all accessories. I told him I was not interested, and only wanted to know when my camera was being shipped. He advised me that it would be shipped in 4 weeks. When asked why so long, he stated that they were out of stock. I cancelled the order."

"After reviewing Digital Cameras...I decided on a Canon Powershot G3. Then I reviewed prices and sellers. Came across Bilibi's...some of the worst reviews I've seen?? I questioned..How can a company be this bad and still be in business??? Well,I had to call and ask...this is where I meet Mitch, talk about a Brooklyn accent. Chatted with Mitch about his companys reputation, he was able to convince me to give them a shot at my business. I have to tell you, all went very smooth. I placed the order late Sunday night...received the camera 2 day later as promised. Never once was I pressured to buy anything. I was offered other accessories..which I would expect..after all they are in business to to make a profit??? Once I get comfortable with this excellent camera, I will be going back to order lens and other accessories. Thanks Mitch!!"

"As with all of the other comments here, I am displeased with Bilibi -- to say the least. Let's put it this way: I was lied to often, I was transferred to the main line where I would jsut sit in limbo for a half hour listening to Sinatra, I was screamed at, my order was cancelled BY BILIBI after I sent them an email (which I copied to the Better Business Bureau of NY) regarding my dismay with their service, and they still carried on for days afterwards as if they had never cancelled my order...telling me that the product was "on the way". How is this company in business? DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BILIBI NO MATTER WHAT, PLEASE! WE NEED THEM OUT OF BUSINESS, and we need people like MITCH, SAL, BOB and the like looking for work at gas stations in Brooklyn."

"This company is another one that will not ship product unless you order very expensive accessories. They called 4 days after my order was placed to verify billing information and offer to sell me some accessories. I declined the extras and was told I should recieve product in 4 to 6 weeks. Having waited the projected time I tried e-mail with no response. Called and was told the item was on backorder unless I wanted to buy one of their kits. I canceled the order and told them I would be adding this feedback where ever I found an opportunity. If you really want product do not waste your time here!!"

"This company is completely pathetic and I will never again purchase anything from them. Below is a cut and paste from an email I sent the customer no-service people:
"I have just spent the last THREE HOURS on hold, attempting to contact any living human being at your company, to no avail. The reason I was trying to call was in regards to the above listed order number, which was placed last Wednesday and STILL has not shipped. I needed this item by Tuesday at the latest, and you have failed miserably in making that happen. Your website proclaims "Great Service. Great Prices. Great Selection. Enhanced Shopping Experience Guaranteed." Based upon my experience thus far this is as far from the truth as anything could possibly be. Your service can't even be described as poor, as it is non-existant and can only aspire to someday reaching "poor" status."

"I ordered a Nikon Coolpix 4300 with this site and realized that something was "off" right when I opened the package. They sent me a grey market, illegaly imported camera from Japan that had a xeroxed copy of the owners manual in it and a black version of a camera that was supposed to be silver. The CD for the software was burned with a crappy self-made label on it. The camera would not have even been covered by the Nikon USA warranty if I had kept it. These people are idiots and scam artists. DO NOT SHOP HERE."

"I purchased the Olympus C-4000. I got a email confirmation stating that everything was fine. The next thing I know they need me to call them to tell them more information to verify me. Yeah right! "Put an order in on 11/28/02. Did not receive any notification there was a problem. Emailed to find out what was the problem some time in December. No response. There customer service policy is a laugh. Reads something about every effort will be made to contact buyer. What a joke. They also would respond within 48 hours. I told them it should read 48 days. I cancelled my order and hope this is the last of this. Will never order from them again!!!"
