Bike arrived at my house in Missouri USA in about 5 days.
Bike was very well packaged and protected during shipping.
Bike came nearly 100% assembled, only had to put on the handlebars and front wheel.
I did have to make some small adjustments to the front derailleur to get it to shift smoothly. Derailleur appeared to be mounted a few mm to high.

As far as the bike itself. I have 445 miles on it in the first month. The bike is light and very fast, shifts well with the 105 groupset and has plenty of stopping power with the hydraulic disk brakes. I was expecting the bike to come with tubeless ready wheels and tires. The wheels came tubeless ready however the tires were tube only. The tires were good quality but I wanted tubeless ready, so I changed them out.

I purchased this bike thinking it was painted red and black.
When the bike arrived, the red looked great, but the black areas looked a little off somehow. Like you could almost see the carbon fiber though the paint. I went back to the website and saw this Raw Carbon Look was clearly described on the website as a design feature of this bike, something I had overlooked. Now knowing it's not paint imperfection I actually really like the raw carbon look!

I bought a Polygon bike from Bikes Online, it had a small issue with front derailleur making a bit of sound, I really cant spend time to take bike to shop for my first experience, I did ride the bike for 10-20 minutes just as a test drive.

Bikes Online was kind enough to refund all of the money for the bike. I called a local shop to buy a bike and asked about refund, they told me the moment I walk out the door, its mine. No returning at all.

Need to be patient with BikesOnline, we had a pandemic, short on staff, but overall my experience was really great even though I ended up returning the bike.

100% will buy from BikesOnline again. This time a more simple bike like 10, 11 or 12 speed and more expensive.
