" I bought a Siskiu D6 about a month ago now. The purchase went smoothly with the exception of the delivery. I have had to use FedEx many times over the past 2 or 3 decades, and they have proven time and again that they are the least reliable, time-wise. The delivery was several days late, but BikesOnline did stay on top of the delivery and contacted me about it. The fact that BikesOnline was actually aware that the delivery was delayed and was checking on it was a big plus. Support was actually proactive! Another thing that really impressed me was that packing job BikesOnline did. My bike was packed tight in the box and well padded, when i pulled it out and assembled it, it didn't have so much as a scratch on it.
The Siskiu D6 has turned out to be a great purchase! It's not a premium racing bike that you would pay 10k for, but it's a ton of fun and it will make you feel like you got a fantastic deal. In this price range, it surpasses any other bike that I looked at. All the components worked as intended out of the box. Everything feels solid and of good quality. The only thing I did change was the Entity saddle...it appears to be a decent saddle, it just wasn't the right shape for me and quickly became uncomfortable."

"Checking on the shipping status of a Marin hybrid, noticed it remained in the "pick" stage for about 2-1/2 weeks, so I called. Customer service- really helpful (thanks, Kevin!)- got problem resolved, sent emails to inform. Status changed from pick to dispatched quickly and bike arrived FedEx unscathed. Really impressed by the care put into the pro packing of the bike w/ high den. foam guards, Velcro straps, plastic shields, et. Bike manual is clearly worded, explains the final assembly of handlebar, front wheel, pedals- advising pro assembly if unfamiliar with the mechanics. Overall, I think bikes online goes the extra mile, but a bit more initial communication would put customers on the downhill ride- yes! 4.5 stars"

"Shopping through the website was easy, shipping was delay 6 days after ordering (understandable supply issues, it is April 2022) and the bike arrived in 10 days, as indicated in the tracking. Good points on ordering and delivery.
However i was surprised that the bike (2022 Polygon Premier 24 XC - Ultralight Kids mountain bike) was very out of tune, not even close to ridable.
Both wheels were very out of true both lateral and radially, stopping at the brake pads right away. Also the brake pads were not symmetrical to the wheel, the brake cable needed adjustment and the gears were out of tune. I spent some time tuning up the whole bike, and I am lucky i know how to do it. The average parent would face a disappointed kid and would spend extra time and money in a trip to the bike shop to solve it.
I would understand those issues in a $100 bike, but is unexpected in a $400+ bike."
