took my money, never sent book, rude customer support.

"i placed my order for a book that was shown as being in stock. on the fifth full business day of processing i received an email stating that in fact the company does not have my book and i am expected to wait an indeterminate amount of time for it to be back in stock. i contacted customer support and received an obviously copy/pasted response about standard processing time (3-5 business days) that completely ignored my situation, description, and problem. i sent another email asking for more specific information about my order and got the exact same response. i then sent a third email informing this employee that this was the fifth business day of processing and what i was being told suggested that it would have been shipped the next day. the employee responded that yes, i was to expect my order to ship the very next day, but it may or may not happen and thats just the way it is. she said if i didnt want to wait i could cancel, but i dont want that. i want my book. i could have ordered it from a number of different sources when i ordered it, but i chose biggerbooks. now its not available anywhere. so from my customer's point of view biggerbooks lied about being in possession of my book, did not live up to its own processing standard, was very rude to me for inquiring about my book, would not provide any information on the details of my order, but was more than happy to take my money. oh, and i still have not received my book or any other information regarding my order. my order was placed on 5/5/21. my last communication with customer support was on 5/12/21 when i was told to expect shipping confirmation the next day maybe, or maybe not. this was a surprisingly bungled experience that could have been made much better with honest communication and respect. "

Disappointing.

"Disappointing. Being closed on Saturday and Sunday lessens their turn around time. Not having the book they list is annoying. Will not bother with them again."

I am still waiting on my package actually...

"I ordered a package about 2 weeks ago and was told that the shipment was delayed. The customer service has been nice and upgraded my delivery level but as of right now it really doesn't change anything. If a package is premium or standard there really is no difference unless it gets home.

I hope this is just because I ordered a niesh book.

"Why did you offer a book for sale on your site that you didn’t have? My account was charged, I waited and then it was cancelled and I was refunded. Why did you offer it in the first place? You held my money while you looked for one? That’s not serving your customers in good faith. "
