"I have not received the book I purchased and have been given no schedule as to when i may expect it."
"My textbook arrive in a reasonable amount of time, but the price was exceedingly great! All other textbook sellers, cannot complete with BiggerBooks.com when it comes to price. The Shelly Cashman Series Microsoft Office 365 Publisher 2016 text I purchased, which is a hardcover, normally runs from Eighty-Dollar range up to over 100 dollars. Also, their competitors sell this same text as a loose-leaf (who wants to bind their own book), or a temporary electronic version (which I find to be a total nonsense).
The only drawback was due to a couple of dents in the front-cover of the text.
Otherwise, if I need additional textbooks in the future, biggerbooks.com will have my business.

"This sight does not have an accurate representation of the books they are selling. If you are looking for an exact edition or a book with a certain cover, look elsewhere. The shipping and "restocking" fee will end up costing about half the book if you decide to return. Being a book company, I am surprised they don't understand how book editions differ. Have to sell at a loss to buy the books I thought I was buying in the first place."
