"I ordered a video card and it took over a week for them to process the order. When they finally did they told me it was sent UPS as was agreed upon but the tracking number said FedEx. The tracking number was invalid at both places because they supposedly shipped USPS which was not in the agreement. The USPS tracking number shows only that USPS was notified to expect the package to be shipped on the 18th of August. Now on the 26th it still says the same thing and I have not recieved my merchandise. I do not believe they have shipped it even yet. Basically they have ripped me off and the phone is either busy or no answer. They do not respond to my emails either. They are very untrustworthy and disreputable. When I ordered from them they had 100% positive feedback at pricewatch.com and since I have ordered that has dropped to aroun 30% and others have reported not recieving merchandise as well. Avoid this store at all costs! I will be seeking a reversal of the credit card charges and pursuing any legal action possible against these people.

I did finally get my card but it was ridiculous to have to wait 17 days for a simple order. I obviously won't be going after these guys, but I'll never shop there again and suggest you stay away.

"Extremely unhappy. No email replies. Paid for rush shipping and didn't receive it. Invalid tracking numbers. Item was not shipped by agreed upon delivery method. I selected UPS, they sent via Fedex. Package way under-weight. I refused it when it arrived. Took a total of about 8 calls to get this sorted out. Don't deal with these frauds!"
