In fact, they weren't even shipped out until 9/6/2013, eight days later. It takes eight days to pull one pair of insoles? Received 9/11...That's two weeks from the order date. Why on earth should it take that long? Not only that but in trying to follow the tracking, could only see when it was shipped and then this morning it finally showed it reaching my mail carrier for delivery. No scans in between.
