"Eight days after placing the order, in which I paid extra for 3-day delivery, and I still haven't received my insoles. Called customer service. Initially she said it was on backorder. When I told her that they had wasted no time charging my credit card as if it had already shipped, she said they actually had lots of the insole I ordered, so they knew they could ship it, they just needed to wait for the people in the warehouse to do their job. I asked when she expected it to ship, and she said, "I'm hoping this week." Are you kidding me? The web site did NOT show the size insole I ordered as out of stock at the time of order, the email confirmation said nothing about a backorder, and they charged my credit card right after the order. This is starting to look really sketchy to me."

"A good product. Mailing is prompt. However, I did notice what appeared to be slightly inferior bonding of top to bottom with the "New Green" Superfeet inserts that I recently purchased. Only time will tell if they hold up as well as all the others I've owned over the years. Otherwise they look & feel the same. I wonder why they're called "New". (?)"

My only complaint is that I didn't receive any communication from Best Insoles after I initially placed the order to let me know how the shipping was proceeding."
