"We bought your products in November-December 2003 for our clients. Some were given out as a gift along with digital cameras. The order includes 10 CH3000 Ultra Fast Smart Charger + 8 AA 2000mAh and 4 AAA 700mAh NiMH sets and additional items: 1HU Computer-Controlled Universal Battery C, total: $286.40 including shipping and discounts. Our clients reported that the batteries leaked and there were some kind of chemical components sticking on the charger. We have given out 2 sets (one each month) and both reported very similar issues with built-up heat during charging.
We cannot give defective products to our clients as it may affect our business. It is best to return all we have left (8 sets w/ 8 AA and 4 AAA) to batteryspace in order to avoid any legal issues with our clients. All 8 sets are still in its original package. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. Otherwise, please issue RMA for a full refund, less 2 sets plus shipping."

Update: Batteryspace has contacted me via e-mail offering a full refund on the purchase plus the shipping. I sent them back the stuffs and got money back within a week. I would rate their service and support 4/5 stars for the good customer support (a bit slow on follow up). For the products I got, I rated them 0/5 stars. Read above for more details."

"I ordered 24 pieces of AA 2000mAh batteries on New Years Day and just received them today, 12th. I received the shipping notice and tracking info the next day, Jan 2. Tracking indicated UPS misrouted them and added a day or two to the route. This was not a problem and I merely note it so I can remember when I look at this later.
Over all, I'm very happy. The 2000mAh batteries arrived as the more expensive 2250mAh models. I'm happy with that. I'm charging the first group now and from past experience, I doubt there will be any issues.
