I was trying to buy Dell-compatable batteries to send to someone who was about to leave the country so that they could have them in time to bring with them. Because I requested two-day delivery and because the batteries were going to someone other than me, the BIAF people insisted that I fax them a copy of both sides of my credit card. Although I was a bit reluctant to do this for obvious reasons, I agreed to so so, and called the person at BIAF to request that she pick up the fax herself asap. She then asked me to send a copy of my driver's license, at which point I cancelled the order. Although I am a frequent on-line purchaser, I have never encountered anything like this. While BIAF's advertised prices are good, buyers should be aware that they might be asked to provide more information than is safe or reasonable."
