"The website states "ship within 24 hrs." The truth is that they have many "drop-ship" source to allocate their orders. They would provide the tracking number to customer within 24 hrs and it will show the shipment was accepted by USPS in NV and forward the shipping label to IL (in my case). However, the shipment was NOT shipped on that day. Since the tracking information did not have any further update after one week. I called and their customer service said "it was out of their hand after they pasted the shipment to USPS." The truth is, their drop-shipper did not have the item and did not ship out the order. The tracking number and shipment date is not real. They did not have the item and told me it was a back order after I called many times to clarify the truth. I will not order from this website never again."
