"When I purchased, I was given a choice of shippers. I chose USPS, but the product was shipped UPS.
I've had trouble with UPS on more than 1 occassion where their driver said I was not there when in fact I was, listing delivery attempts that didn't happen, and saying a shipment was signed for when in fact I didn't sign & the person they said signed said he didn't. On other occassions, I've had to drive 10 milesd to UPS's depot to pick up a shipment that wasn't delivered, but with bogus driver statements that said it was.
