"STOP! DO NOT GO ANY FURTHER!!!!! This company is incompetent! Ordered a fixture on line as a convenience as I broke my foot, was immobile and contractors were scheduled. A tracking number never came after the first email. As weeks passed, I left several messages, called direct and stayed on hold numerous times waited up to an hr. for a rep and spoke to numerous people regarding my order. The people I spoke with strung me along giving me dates,then another told me he spoke directly with warehouse another date promised, no result. Sent numerous emails, was given another date (6 wks of this nonsense) Finally, I left message and email stating if. I did not have a definite date by 5 PM,I would contact, PayPal, Discover and BBB. Ok...ready for the outcome??? Wait for it...Drumroll........... They refunded my money along with an e mail stating "the light is on back order". WHAT???? They lied the week before stating it was coming... UGH.. Today, I'm healed and can go to an actual store and pick a light out and bring it home with me! This company is BOGUS!!!!! Do yourself a favor, don't waste your time and save yourself aggregation! Shop elsewhere!! This company has nothing but negative reviews, I only wish I saw them before I dealt with them. Good Luck!"

"I ordered a bathroom light fixture from these guys, and they never shipped it. The price was about $25 less than other online sellers, but this was no savings. Their website says it can take up to 2 weeks to ship. As the 2-week mark approached, I wrote asking for an update. They replied saying there was a mixup and the correct item would ship by Friday of that week, and that I'd get a tracking number. Didn't happen. Wrote back, got another reply saying there was another mixup, and that they would send tracking information. Again, it didn't happen. So I called to cancel; they said they'd credit my Amex within 72 hours. Again, it didn't happen. I initiated a chargeback through Amex, and got my money back after the seller didn't respond to their request for information. To this day, seven weeks after I placed the order, and two weeks after getting my money back, my account at bathkitchendecor.com still shows that this order is "processing." I have no idea how the credit card companies haven't turned off this company's access. Shop somewhere else and save yourself the headache."

"This company is corrupt! They have stolen $352.80. After ordering 2 lamps for a remodel I was doing, and never getting any kind of communication after 30 days, I had to order new lamps for the electrician to install. Finally heard from this company after several attempts at calling and emailing. I told them i don't need the lamps but they eventually sent anyway...without shades no less. I called and said please come get these or I'm sending them to goodwill. Instead of getting them, they sent the shades! This is after calling them twice and verifying they were not sending shades but a return slip! I argued with a person named Joshua who was extremely rude and said he would not refund any money until I shipped back everything. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience online as I did with this company. I order almost everything online btw. I did return and I have an email that said "we have refunded your money". The email is worthless b/c no money was ever refunded. These people should be in jail!"

"Ordered a ceiling fan Dec 27. Credit card charged that date. They sent me an email confirming my order but without info regarding when to expect delivery. No correspondence from them until I called them 10 days later to find out the status of my order. Waited on hold for a very long time, then left a msg for someone to call me regarding my order otherwise I was going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Someone called later that day and left a message but didn't leave info about when I should expect my fan. I called again the next day and they said the fan was in distribution, hadn't left yet, and they couldn't notify me until it left distribution which would likely be by that Friday. I told customer service I was displeased but she didn't seem to care. No word that Friday. So I disputed the charge. A few days later I get an email that has a tracking number for Fed Ex. The fan arrived nearly 6 weeks after I ordered it. It's in good condition (haven't hung it to see if it works yet) so I'm canceling my dispute. So a few things their customer service could learn: 1. if your products are going to take many weeks to delivery say so when they are purchased. 2. have a better system in place for updating customers so they have some idea how long it will be. 3. your prices are great, but people are still a lot of money for a product and in a world where online fraud is rife, if you are a reputable business you should do your best to assure your customers that you are genuine. "

"Never buy from this company! When you place an order, they immediately charge your credit card. Orders are not shipped timely. I placed an order 11/11/13 and was promised a 2-4 week delivery. I waited 7 weeks before my order was shipped. Only after multiple calls made to check status of my order (I was repeatedly promised that my order would be shipped 'next Monday' did I receive a portion of my order. I received partial shipment 1/7/14. Should have received 16 fixtures, only received 12; 2 of the 12 had to be returned due to being shattered. My customer finally gave up and cancelled their order for the other 4 not received. I still have not received a credit for the 4 fixtures I did not receive in addition to the 2 damaged ones I am due a credit. I have sent multiple emails asking for status of credit, always receiving an excuse about how long the process takes. Horrible customer service, long wait times on phone (45-60 minutes), slow to respond. I understand this type of company is at the mercy of the manufacturers of the light fixtures they sell, however that is not an excuse for bad customer service."

-cheapest price on web
Cons:
-took my money right away
-never answered phone, infinite and annoying "hold message" cycles every 15 seconds to drive you insane
-filed a PayPal claim against them 3 weeks later; and magically got a tracking number the next day
-used/returned product, not sent in original packaging, because I ordered same product a couple years ago.

"I ordered three ceiling fans from this company on 11/19/13. Only two of them have come so far.......In mid December I had not received the ceiling fans yet so contacted the company. They told me that they were on back order and I should have been notified by email which I was not. They told me they would be back in stock in January and an email would be sent when they shipped. The first week of January I called to check the status. The customer service rep told me they had been in stock for two weeks and he didn't know why they were not sent. He told me they would be shipped in the next few days. Two days later I did get an email saying they were shipped. January 13th two of the three fans arrived. I have been waiting since then for the third fan. I spoke to a Fed Ex rep today, 1/21/14, who told me the third fan was never shipped from the company. I have tried calling Kitchen and Bath Decor several times today and have mostly been unable to get through to a representative. I did speak to a human at one point who then quickly put me on hold for 17 minutes, until I hung up in frustration. I would never use this company again and discourage others from using it. It has been an incredibly frustrating process."

"This store has very poor customer service and will take forever to ship your item after taking your cash. I placed two orders with this store on Dec 6th 2013. All items showed in stock. They immediately charged card. After receiving no shipment notice from them, on Dec 10th i emailed and checked. I was told that the manufacturer shipped to them and then they had to ship to me.

On Dec 18th, with no shipment notice, i checked again and was told one of the items would ship that day. I was not sent shipping or tracking info. On Dec 23rd I emailed and was finally given a fedex number ON THE 26th!. I checked everyday but Fedex had no record of receipt or movement. I email on the 29th to inquire why it had not been received by FEDEX. This order finally was shipped on Mon Dec 30th. (when this order arrived, there was a broken piece, i went directly to the mfg because of BathKitchenDecor's custoemr service history with my orders.....I received the replacement 4 days later)

On Dec 31st, I received a shipment notification and a tracking number,for the other order. However, it did not actually ship until Jan 2. I receive the shipment on the 8th only to find it only contained 1 of the 4 products i ordered. I immediately notified them of the problem and on Thursat the 9th was told the rest of my order would ship out that day. On Monday, Jan 13th, after not receiving a shipment notification or a tracking number i emailed again. The response was a fedextracking number that is, of course, not in the FEDEX system. Maybe they will get it out today??

To Recap:

BathKitchenDecor has had my money a full month. I still do not have all items i ordered.

I have had to email at least 15 times to get the items shipped.

My electricians, who were to install these item, have come and gone twice, and still not all the items are received a month after the order placement for 'In Stock' items.

BathKitchenDecor has Slow and disingenious responses to customer service problems. (Please don't say it will ship and then do not ship!)

If the lower price is worth the hassle and your babysitting/badgering the seller
AND
your timeline allows an extra month or so....by all means shop here. Otherwise shop somewhere else.

"HORRIBLE Customer Service. After waiting 15 days to hear that the product had been shipped I decided to cancel the order. I called on three different days to request the order be cancelled and each time was told that the cancellation notice would be sent that day. It was not, finally after the third call it was. I had the same issue with the refund. It has been 22 days since I received the cancellation notice and I have called twice and each time been promised the refund would process. It has not been processed yet again. I have a BBB complaint that I filed today (9866631). The order number was BKD-122860. I will never order from this company again."

"Ordered a light that their site said was "in stock". After complaining to them that I didn't receive it I found out the "in stock" was a lie. It took almost a month to get it. And then only after filing a complaint with paypal. I don't trust them and
I will never do business with Bath Kitchen Decor again.

"BathKitchenDecor is not an authorized seller of Livex Lighting merchandise. We have been trying to contact them about this issue, but have gotten no response. Although their items may be priced competitively they are not in ordinance with our 2.0 IMAP policy. Your orders will take longer than usual to ship, if you place it through them because they need to order our items from a showroom and wait for the showroom to get it first. Then it will be shipped to you. I encourage you to not make any purchases from BathKitchenDecor.
