"I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered online from BathKitchenDecor.
I ordered a ceiling light fixture on August 9th. My credit card was charged on August 10th.
Larry said fixture would be shipped to me in Sept.
Never got fixture.
Can't get in touch with company. Their phone isn't picked up, my email messages aren't returned.

I am unable to get resolution from the company so I will contact my credit card company and notify them of unethical business practices by BathKitchenDecor.

" Absolutely the worst experience EVER. I ordered 3 pendants 4 months ago. They charged me for the items even though they were "out of stock"
They were supposed to be shipped in August - that didn't happen. Then again in October. I still have yet to receive my order. I have emailed multiple times with out a response and forgot about trying to get someone on the phone.

"This company, and I use that term loosely, is a sham. They don't deliver on their promises, don't answer the phone nor do they reply to emails. Ordered a chandelier ($600.00) four weeks ago, have not received the product nor have I been able to contact customer service. Have initiated a charge back on my credit card. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!"

"We ordered multiple lights through this company, as of today 9/23 no order has been shipped to us, I got ahold of their customer service 2 weeks ago, they stated that by the end of the week I would have a tracking number. no contact has been made to us and now when you call their customer service or their cancelation number you get a recording that it is not within their normal hours of operation even though you are calling within the stated hours of operation. do not order form this company, even if they don't get your money it is not worth your time."

"Still waiting on a 500 dollar chandeleir. Larry answers once in a while to my emails but is never specific as to when it will arrive. I have been waiting one month. Their own website says it will ship in two weeks? I have given him until Friday to get me this light. I am appalled in this day and age that any company is allowed to do business like this. Not answering calls or emails and thinking it's ok to take peoples hard earned money. I will be calling my credit card company and protesting this unethical treatment."

"I ordered 6 Nuvo Parker bathroom vanity lights. They had the best price online and ordered without reading any of the reviews. I was definitely concerned after reading all the negative reviews, so I quickly sent out an email asking about the lead time for the lights. Even though it says in stock on the website. I knew online outfits like these don't carry a huge amount of stock and ship immediately like Amazon. Larry got back to me very promptly saying that it would be 2 weeks lead time and another 5-10 days for ground shipping. He did have one of the items in stock and asked me if I wanted that shipped immediately, I said no, please ship them together and a Fedex number was provided to me 2 weeks later. I ordered July 2, items were delivered on July 22. I'm a happy customer, lights shipped on schedule and nothing broken or missing.

"Ugh. I accidentally ordered twice from this company after an initial unsatisfactory experience through Amazon - not realizing it was the same company! They charged my paypal account for 2 items over a month ago - I only received one with the other never coming. So I have a claim with paypal for a refund, and using this review list I also just submitted a complaint to the Gov. ""I placed a $519 order on 4 May that seller said would ship within 2-3 weeks. (Seller appears to be dba BathKitchenDecor and DecorDesignsUnlimited ) I Started writing to inquire about order status after 4 weeks and kept getting the same vague, non-responsive answer . . . which was basically that they expected it ' ... by the end of next week ' and that they would send an email when it ships. After 5+ weeks and 3 broken promises that they expected to ship by the end of next week . . . reminiscent of Joe's Crab Shack i.e., Free crab tomorrow . . . I cancelled the order. Then they said they could not process the credit until they confirmed that the order had not shipped!! Thankfully, I used PayPal and filed a claim. PayPal helped me get my credit. Bottom line is that this seller wasted my time an got to use my money interest free for 2 + months. The absolute worst on-line shopping experience I've ever had. Caveat emptor!" "

"I wish I had seen these reviews prior to ordering a ceiling fan from this company.
I ordered a ceiling fan on 5/1/14. On 5/19/14 it had not arrived nor had I received a tracking # so I called them. The lady said they have not received it from their supplier so it hadn't been shipped. She thought it might be shipped by the end of the week, but wasn't sure. I asked her to cancel my order and credit my AMEX card and to email me confirmation.

Two days passed and no confirmation so I called back and the lady said she submitted the cancellation request to the person who was responsible for it. On Friday I checked my AMEX account and saw no credit so I called AMEX to confirm a credit had not been submitted. None had so explained the circumstances and disputed the charge. AMEX was great and I received an e-mail from them the next day saying they credited my account.

On 5/29/14 I received an email indicating my order had been shipped. I will refuse the order when it arrives.

This company has a poor business model, no ethics, and horrible management!
