"Ordered a couple pairs of shoes from this company. Received one pair but I was notified the other pair via a postcard was not be available due to the manufacture discontinued the item. I called a customer service rep and she stated they "thought" the item was in stock when I placed the order. That was the first lie since the website and my order stated the item wan not in stock but would ship by May 2005. I won't even go into the second lie she stated. Told them to remove me from thier email list was ablut all I could do at that point."
"I orded a down comforter, and when I got it, it was of substantial lower quality than advertised.
They're going to send me a pre-paid item to ship back to them and they were friendly. But the fact of the matter is that they wasted my time with this poorly managed itemization.

I was trying to find out why my refund was $8.99 short of what I paid, and found out they didn't return the shipping I paid for the process. . . So I had to go through the extra effort to get the repayment. . . "
