Very hard to get a hold of someone who could communicate with me through the ordering process (phone or email). Emails were continually being missed by their team which caused several delays. Can't recommend with the lack of communication. It did get a little better towards the end, but not enough to make it a positive experience. "

"Ordered custom printed pint glasses for an event. All turned out great, but I would encourage plenty of lead time. After approving the proof, it took more than 4 weeks for the glasses to arrive. This was quite a bit longer than expected, and when I asked the status by an email, customer service responded "in production". Not terribly helpful, since I would need to make alternate arrangements if the glassware didn't arrive. In the end, after more questions, they did confirm that the delivery would be made in time for the event - and it was delivered the day before. My advice would be to make sure they know the date you need the materials in-hand so you don't have the uncertainty that we did. The glasses themselves were great and the two-color printing detail was very good."
