"I ordered my glasses first of December. I approved the proof and was told that everything is fine. No one told me that the advertised 10 day lead time did not apply. I called to inquire before Christmas and was told that the order was not yet filled but I would get the glasses on December 29. I needed them before Christmas.
The lady that I spoke with did ship a day early. I received the order on December 28.
One glass was broken. Some of the glasses have air bubbles. The quality of the imprint is less than expected.

"After searching endlessly for affordable stemless wine glasses that could be easily personalized, I am so glad I found BargainMugs.com! My favorite part of their service was the fact that they let you print pretty much any image imaginable, which is how I was able to create my own very personal logo and simply upload a picture of it. Proof times were also quick and efficient, which made the entire process streamlined. I was very nervous before ordering because I needed my 190 wine glasses by December 15th and I ordered on November 5th, and a few reviews complained about slow production and shipping times. However, I told the company the date I needed the product by and they kindly made a note of it, and the glasses actually arrived much earlier than expected! Total time from me placing the order and the glasses getting to me was only 24 days, which is very impressive. All in all, I am very happy with the service and the glasses look lovely in person.

I must note that I have not opened all of the boxes yet, so I cannot vouch for the glasses all being unbroken and intact, but the packaging is chock-full of packing peanuts/foam and seems safe."
