"Kristine Ebbinga was very helpful in guiding the purchase process. She did a great job!. The site was easy to use and I was able to put together a banner in under half an hour. I was surprised that shipping and handling was a bit high and there was a charge for “pixelation removal and vector release” that was “normally $35”, but I received a “discount” so it was $13. I would have sent the correctly formatted file had I know that was needed. This and the high shipping and handling made it feel like they hook you with a low advertised price and then there are hidden fees that add up after you have spent the time designing your banner. Might check other options as I’m not a fan of this type of marketing ploy."
