"Very high quality and great customer service. Make sure to order way ahead of time to avoid expensive shipping. They also fold the edges of the banner in just a little when they make it, so make sure you don’t have anything super important at the edge of your image."

Quality is poor, the banner wrinkles and creased when we unrolled it.
Travis KNEW it was a poor quality picture we gave them but still did not advise this and had the banner made anyway.
When we asked for a resolution - 15% back of the cost - or reprint the garbage!

"We ordered 4 banners and one of them had 4 company logos. I asked for "Banners.com" to review my order before printing and they did. I got an e-mail telling me the images were pixilated. I sent them my high resolution images, and it was still pixelated. They offered me a service to correct it and I just got my proofs to verify again and I love them! Taylor S. was great to work with, knowledgeable and quick to respond. This is our 3rd order in the past 3 months and we are very pleased with every experience!!"
