"I loved the attention and service from the Customer Service Department. They helped me make sure I received a beautiful banner for my convention. So, a big thank you to that department.
I received my banner in an 8'x6"x6" box. Half of it had reinforced corners held in place with stretch wrap. The other half was not reinforced and had two major bends/creases that didn't allow the box to be carried without bending more than 45 degrees at these bends/creases. Yes, the banner was damaged. It is now hanging, and everything is smooth except for the two damaged areas across the full width of the banner on the lower half. Since the damage is on the lower half, and I don't think the damage will be too obvious in photos, I elected to keep the banner.
If there is a next time, the quality of the banner says, "yes," there will be; I will be crystal clear that a damaged box will be refused when it's delivered.
