Now this item would not even cut !! as soon as the blade started to cut, it kept stopping, and after a bit of stop start,, stopped as if overheated. So never used at all. With both of these items i asked for a return address, All i kept getting was do a YOUTUBE of the item, And asked for the ( thrown away) Lable off the packaging.

"Ordered a 3D printer from Banggood on one of their flash sales. What I received however was a 12kg box of smashed up wood full of rusty screws and staples. The box was sealed with branded tape and no explanation has been given as to how they ended up shipping this.
I have spent a few days now going back and forth with their customer service, providing pictures and asking questions and the responses have been bad. They are obviously not reading my previous messages, and I am still no closer to getting a refund or a replacement.
If it was a small item I would probably have given up and called it a loss and never touched the company again, but as this is a larger item I am stuck having to keep fighting just to get my money back, let alone getting the box of garbage they shipped me removed."

"Catastrophically bad when you have to make a complaint about a broken item. Requires pictures on the package with barcodes, (just like someone saves on empty boxes). In addition, they want you to create a lot of images and videos that will show the product's flaws. It is so complicated that it is not worth all the work. Luckily it was a low price product so I can take the loss, but will never buy anything from them again. Really bad company, AVOID!"

"Bought a flashlight which was damaged on arrival. Tried for weeks to return it for repair or exchange. Provided proof with pictures and produced a youtube video. Ticket was closed, I opened a new one, which was deleted without trace.
Before, the only offer from bang good was to have it repaired in my area by someone but loosing the guarantee in the process. Which is a ridiculous suggestion, taking also in account the effort I already put into this and organizing the repair for a 50$ item.
