"I bought an expensive projector from their warehouse in the Chech Republic which was then sent to my home here in Spain. Upon arrival, the product was damaged and I asked for a full refund. They asked me to return the projector to their designated office in the UK because they said return shipments cannot be made to Check Republic or Spain. 6 weeks after the arrival to the UK, they haven't picked up the package despite numerous reminders on my behalf - because they now realize they have to pay VAT on the return shipment to clear the cargo in the UK. So now they refuse to pay my refund and ask for my understanding ! Well, they instructed me to return the package to the UK despite well know Brexit rules. I have in return asked for their understanding to adhere to the EU consumer rights which is being completely ignored.
The level of incompetence and poor customer service is incredible - this company have no idea about doing online business inside the E.U. and refuse to adhere to the consumer rights applicable inside the E.U. - Do not fall into the trap of buying anything from their warehouses inside the EU as you will end up with carrying all the losses yourself. "

"The clear inference in the stapler's description was that it was "heavy duty", with up to 100 pages in one stapled bundle. It does work, but it would have been more informative to state that it could staple 10 or more pages, not 100 or more. I already had a lighter duty stapler. This is but a poor alternative to what I already have. "

"I bought a computer gaming chair with a minimum advertised height of 51cm from floor to top of cushion. The chair assembled is 55cm, 40mm taller. In USA terms, thats over 1 1/2" taller. This makes the chair unusable to me, a normal height American (5'-9" - 1.75m). Banggood resoultion is a $45 credit on a $240 chair that simply will not work for me. Then they comment sell it locally- which when I tried I was immediately informed that its now on sale for $180... This chair shipped out of Georgia, USA. For return Banggood will gladly take it back, but it has to ship to China. UPS and Fedex are quoting over $1,000 USD for shipping. Banggood is calling my return a "no reason return" and are telling me I have to pay for shipping, to China. Absolutely unacceptable. This is not a no reason return, its a false advertisement return or faulty manufacturing process. This companies quality guarntee and return policies are worthless and they know it. I am currently STILL trying to resolve this with them for 12 days now. I am also disputing the transaction with my credit card and contacting the Better Buisness Bureau. Be careful ordering from this place..."

"I recently placed an order for a Hubsan H117S Zino Drone with a storage bag and two Batteries valued at
$453.91AU with Banggood. However I noticed that my order was still 'pending' two days after my order had been placed and payment had been accepted by the vendor (Banggood).

So I contacted Bangood via their very buggy chat system which kept giving me errors and disconnecting to find out why my order was still showing as "pending" only to find out that they were now out of stock on this product? I also asked them why they still are selling out of stock products?

So I also immediately demanded a full refund immediately because suddenly I felt I couldn't trust Banggood.

Bangood never did answer any of my questions about why this product is still being sold, and nor did they remove the item from their website which is still showing as being available and allowing people to place an order for the for a Hubsan H117S Zino Drone. This is a very unethical business practice that is actually illegal under Australian consumer law. ACCC regulations state "must state clearly if the good is in short supply or on sale for a limited time."

After much arguing with the representative from Banggood I then got a message from their representative via their chat system which stated...

"The estimated time for the refund to appear in your account is based on the payment method you used. Estimated refund arrival time including the approving time (Refund approving time:24-48 hours). Credit Card (Google pay/ Apple pay)- Refund within 1 business day, but bank processing may take 7-14 natural days to show in your account. We will inform you by e-mail after your refund request has been approved."

Take special note of the statements, "Refund within 1 business day" and "We will inform you by e-mail after your refund request has been approved." because neither of these two things have actually happened yet.

So I still waiting to find out if my refund has actually been approved more than 24 hours later and my overall experiences in dealing with Banggood and trying to get a full refund has been very frustrating and upsetting. I'm now feeling very disappointed, upset and very angry at Banggood.

I'm a disability pensioner who is on a very limited income of about $760AU per fortnight, so $453.91AU is a lot of money to me and is 59.725% of my fortnightly income. I live on a strict budget and have very limited credit. So I cannot even consider placing another order with Banggood or another vendor until my refund has been finalised. So this experience has caused me much anxiety which is also not good for my health.

Banggood really should feel very ashamed of their unethical business practices to do such things to people who are struggling financially and also with their health."
