To my surprise they had all the parts I needed at great pricing.
All my parts were delivered quickly and I was provided with a tracking number to track where parts are at all times."

"No ability to contact company, zero communication with this company so no asking questions. Their order to ship process is too slow for a modern company. It took over 10 days. So, Slow svc and no questions asked is the price I have to pay for Original parts at a somewhat palatable price, compared to Desert BMW where I am. They are horrible. "My order is a disaster. When I did not hear from BMW Monterey for a week about it, I inquired to find out that one part has to be ordered from Germany (which means 3 weeks more waiting) so I decided to cancel it because getting my order quick was my priority. Even though I was told that my order was shipped, I do not have my package yet! The order should take 2-3 business days, it is over 10 days now and no one knows where it is. I contacted you and your representative only informed that you sent the order via USPS successfully - well, no matter what the system tells you, I DID NOT RECEIVE IT. I contacted the local office of USPS and they have no idea where the parcel is too. It seems that my package was lost somewhere on the way and no one - neither you or USPS - is willing to find it or help me get it back. This is not my fault, and yet I am falling a victim here. This is not a proper treatment of a customer and I feel disappointed and frustrated about your service and lack of responsibility.

By the way, your parts catalog works incorrectly - you can not see all the parts for a particular model. "

"It took 10 full days to get here. Way too long when the part is needed to repair a car. I also live in CA, so I assumed shipping would be relatively quickly, but the part didn't ship until 6 days after I placed the order. Your website stated 2-3 days. "

"I bought a 2007 BMW 328xi back in November 2015. It's a pretty good used car, but unfortunately the AUX in-port was used and abused! LOL! BMW Monterey Parts had the part for me order and it was very affordable compared to other websites. A very nice representative there was extremely kind contacted me and wanted to make sure the AUX in-port I was ordering indeed came with car. Again, I want to thank the representative for taking the time to contact me. My part was delivered less than 5 days and it fits perfectly!!! Now I can enjoy my music from my iphone! :-)
