"We will never use AVAS flowers again. Absolutely horrendous service in addition to deceptive pricing. You can add $35 to any flower order that you see on their website for a "service charge" and delivery.

We had to call in for delivery. Even when we spelled words like "A as in Apple" their customer service couldn't understand us. Wait times were 20 - 30 minutes and we were transferred multiple times and placed on hold ... only to begin the same process all over again with someone who could not speak or understand english fluent.y."

They delivered early in the morning (so we didn't worry all day when it might get to our loved one), and she was very delighted with the bright, colorful basket of flowers and birthday balloon. It was left at the front door while the recipient was away as instructed, which is something we also appreciated very much. Ordered on a Saturday, delivered on Monday!
