"They sent me a unit I ordered that was not cut right for the radio I wanted to put in it. When I emailed customer service, they implied I was an idiot and would not accept a return without me paying shipping back, plus the money I already lost wasting on this item was non-refundable. A horrible company to do business with for sure. Below is the email reply they sent me:
Jay, just so you know, ALL DIN radios are the SAME size. There is not a din radio that is different.
Also, you ordered an DOUBLE DIN kit, you can tell you ordered a DOUBLE DIN kit because the part starts with a 95
95 is a DOUBLE DIN KIT
99 is a SINGLE DIN KIT
If you needed a SINGLE din kit, you should have ordered the 99 kit.
We can take it back if it is not scratched or in resellable condition, but you will only get a store credit, and the original shipping is non refundable. You will also be responsible for shipping back to us.
Further, if you look at the original product description https://www.autotoys.com/x/product.php?productid=24648
it shows a DOUBLE DIN OPENING KIT and the title states it is for DDIN which is double din, not single din.
This is not our error and there were multiple instances when it said it was a double din kit, if you have a single din radio, it will not fit in a double din kit.
