"So originally I was all fired up from a small issue I had - but Autotoys took the time to take care of the issue and make the entire experience much better. They fixed a small order error for me without any hassles, and were very professional during the entire process.

The merchandise was excellent - while it was a new product and they didn't have a video installation, they offered help where they could. The direction was enough and I got the unit installed (Not just a stereo, but a multi media upgrade to my Lexus).

Thanks Autotoys for the support - I appreciate the service you provided!

"I purchased my remote start from Autotoys based on the good feedback they received from customers regarding technical support. My personal experience is that their technical support is nothing short of World Class. Clearly they know the products they sell and were extremely helpful in resolving any issues I encountered during the installation. Without hesitation I would highly recommend Autotoys to anyone considering a purchase the products they sell and service. You can be assured I will purchase from Autotoys again when I'm in need of the products they sell. I rate this company A++++++++++."

"*****WARNING******DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THE REVIEWS WITH 5 STARS ARE FROM AUTOTOY EMPLOYEES!!! NOT ACTUAL CUSTOMERS.
see the reviews with 1 star, those are the actual customers.
Our company ordered a fridge for one of our Big rigs about 2 months and we have still yet to receive it. At the time we placed the order they stated it was in stock. One of the two emails we got from AUTOTOYS stated it was on backorder. Now we can not get anyone from their company to respond to our emails, phone calls or faxes. Yet, they have charged our credit card almost $700!!
Our drivers are on the road for days at a time so it is imperative that our trucks are equipped with everything they need to survive while being out. Our next step is to dispute the charges and file a complaint against this company.

****UPDATE WE FINALLY RECEIVED A RESPONSE BACK FROM THIS COMPANY ONLY TO ASK US WHAT THEY SHOULD DO REGARDING OUR ORDER. THERE WAS NO APOLOGY ON THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OR THEIR LACK OF COMMUNICATION. WE ADVISED THEM TO REFUND OUR CREDIT CARD ASAP. THAT WAS 1/7, THE DAY THIS REVIEW POSTED AND WE STILL HAVENT RECEIVED AN EMAIL BACK. I DO NOT BELIEVE WE WOULD HAVE GOTTEN ANYTHING WITHOUT RESELLER RATINGS WEBSITE!! STILL VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!! WE WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING THROUGH THEM AGAIN!! NEVER!!!

"Great prices and offer video of install with purchase of remote start as well as tech forum for help. At first I recieved the wrong video but finally got sent the correct video for my car. The video was missing sound and didn't go to in depth during the video. Luckily I got all my answers I needed by using auto toys forum and doing some searching on the Internet. Overall my experience was good, I just wished their videos were a little more in depth because it's a lot easier to be shown what to do versus trying to write it out on the internet. It would also be nice if they had a phone number to call. You can only email them or post on the forum. They usually get back to you same day though. "

"I have ordered Rand McNally TND 530 GPS system on 12/17/2014 .7 days later I have send email to Autotoys asking when should I expect my device,they replied me back 4 days after. I still dont have my device (12/29) and really frustrated because of that. Will never shop again with them,even if I need to pay more money for something that I need."

"Suck! Cancelled my order without so much as a notice. I had to find out via a refund from paypal. This was a Christmas gift and now I'm screwed...thank you for absolutely nothing. Why call yourself a store!

Response: check your "systems" as I received no notice and a customer should not get all the way through checkout and 6 days of waiting on an item that is "archive" and "not for sale"... again... suck. Bad business.

"Based on my experience,I advise future costumers to make sure that they read all the details and options to avoid any controversy or misunderstanding. I made the online purchase last Thursday. I was in touch with R.H. via e-mails and the appointment was made for Sunday.I was worry because of the weather. Rich came last Sunday , traveling from New Jersey to New York City (Richmond Hill, Queens) and after 2 hours, he was ready to leave: he did a great job on my 205 Acura TL. By the way, I was not able to open the trunk. Rich fixed it. he installed the alarm system with two ways starter remote, key less entry, and automatic doors locked.He obviously showed me how to use the remote. He even went far and gave me a telephone number of his mechanic because he found out that some other features needed to be repaired. He honestly said that he was not qualified in that particular department. I will recommend Rich because he knows his job and he is very professional in terms of qualification,courtesy, and punctuality. He worked in a cold weather for two hours.
I gave him my word that he would be the only electrician to repair my vehicle in case an issue rises in that department. Now, I can start my car laying in my bed.Overall I give A+++++to Autotoys. Thanks .

"Just bought the Dension GW51M02 from Autuotoys and everything about this transaction was great. Price wise they were better than the rest. But most importantly to me was the fact they install & Support their products. I had an issue after install and their Tech Dept walked me thru until I configured it properly. This was the exact reason I went with them, just in case & it paid off dearly. I would definitely recommend to anyone interested in purchasing any of their products. Price can't be beat, & tech support is the key.

"I ordered a GROM USB2Plus for my 2005 Lexus ES330, as well as a USB finish installation kit for a clean USB installation of a USB port in my center console.

The USB port went well and looked great in place of my 12V outlet that was in the center console.

But, I had issues with the GROM adapter and getting it to work right. I followed the manual and online aids to a T, yet, I couldn't get it to work. Eventually the device quick working entirely and the only thing I could get out of technical support was "your not changing the modes right," I couldn't get them to understand the unit was unresponsive, or, that I had uninstalled and removed it!

It is nice that a company will respond to a negative review, only to say that the customer was doing it wrong, when the customer TOLD THE ***ING company that the unit wouldn't work until a Firmware update was done.

If a company's only response to a review is "the customer was doing it wrong," when there was more to the problem the customer was saying all along goes to show you what an outfit they are!

UPDATE: Thankfully, I had ordered my unit using my PayPal Debit Card and I got them involved. I don't think that without their help that I would have gotten my money back! Thank you PayPal, and Autotoys.com.
