"I had to exchange the cable that came with my GROM USB3-TOY to a TOY1. Although, the exchange process took some time between getting the RA#, Shipment and return shipment it was handled as quickly as possible and very professional. Communication was very good and I received my exchanged part within the 10 days that was promised. I hooked up the new cable and unit to my 2002 Lexus ES300 and it works great."

"Order processed August 8 2014

Receive e-mail i sent a payment to SounConceptions even though there is no confirmation anything has shipped yet.

Month goes by no word whatsoever, i email them. Sept 17th they reply telling me it's on back order, i can continue to wait, cancel or substitute. I reply (Sept 18th) asking how long can they estimate the wait would be. NO RESPONSE

So i wait a bit more, October and November come around and they reply asking what was my order number. I send the all the info. NO RESPONSE.

December emails. NO RESPONSE
January, Feb., March, Arpil, May, June, July. NO RESPONSE!

August. Their Reply: Stephen. This order was not cancelled and refunded?

ANSWER ME!! I've been sending emails that have gone ignored all year!!

I don't know why you guys would charge me before letting me know it will be on backorder!!
OR at least reply and answer to your unfortunate customers!!!!

"Placed order for USA Spec Bluetooth interface on 7/21. After no communication or update on my order, I e-mailed them on 7/28, received an e-mail reply indicating there was a slight backorder, promised an update "shortly." Nothing. I e-mailed again on 8/10, no response. Perhaps I have just been spoiled by generally excellent service from other online sellers, but this is the worst experience I have had in a long time."

"As stated in same forum, exact replacement for Ford Escape 2002 Kiekert actuator. Easy install ~1hr: remove x4 screws to remove panel, undo x4 bolts + x1 screw holding plate to inside of rear hatch, unclip carefully x3 plastic clips attached to locking mechanism rods. This allows access to back of plate (hanging down) to detach old actuator and attach new - x2 hex screws, same holes on Autotoys actuator. New actuator just clips onto existing connection to actuate locks. Wiring trial end error but just reverse if not working until everything works (Ford R = AT blue, Ford R/B = AT grn). Tidy up wiring so doesn't snag w/ locking mechanism. Put everything back. No need for additional hardware - an absolute breeze and saves $300+ as quoted by the local Ford dealers. Super fast delivery, bargain fix for my non-locking tailgate/hatch. Nice one!"

"Placed order march 12.

The item was supposed to be received within 14 days.

Order was processed march 16th

Order was "shipped" march 23rd and a USPS tracking number issued. (not actually shipped obviously)

The item currently (4/6/15) shows as "shipping label printed" and has NOT been shipped. The "shipping label printed" information has not changed since it was issued on the 23rd.

I emailed customer service 4/1 and they responded same day with "small back order, releasing in approx a day".

Tracking information still the same. Item has not been shipped. It's been nearly a -MONTH-. I am NOT happy.

If there was ANY delay in shipping my item that was supposed to be in my hand within 2 weeks max, WHY WAS I NOT NOTIFIED?! (terrible customer service)

FIX THIS NOW. Either refund my money TODAY or ship me my item and have it in my hand within 3 days.

"The website was fairly easy to use. I was able to order the correct part that I needed and had no question that I ordered, and paid for, the correct item. However.....I was sent the wrong item. The only way to contact "customer service" is by emailing, and this was quite the process. I was clearly sent the wrong item and made that very clear through typed description and by sending pictures of the item I received. Back and forth through numerous emails I was told that I was either sent the part i ordered and that I was wrong, or that the wrong sticker was put on the item and it was correct and compatible, which it was not. I placed the order on 3/11 and finally got the correct part on 4/1. Poor customer service especially when you tell the customer that they are wrong, when in fact they are not."

"Ive installed many remote starts for my friends in the early 2000 and it was very tedious cause I had to use almost all the connections off the module. Since than I didnt do that anymore, Till I bought my brand new 2014 Honda Pilot and I wanted a remote start. The factory one was like $500 option with installation so. I searched the internet and seen installs on a car like mine, so I chatted with someone off Autotoys.com they were very helpful in getting the proper information on which system I got. So I ordered the complete remote start system and the proper bypass immobilizer for my car... When I got it installation wasnt too bad i had some problems so I contacted chatted with the staff from Autotoys and they were quick to respond to my questions. After the installation when everything was connected tried the remote start and it worked perfectly as they advertise. I would be buying again for my second car when the time comes. Im so very happy I chose them..."

"Pretty embarrassed to say, got the same shaft as everyone else using these thieves. Ordered item in November of 2014, never received it, so pursued it in early January 2015. They answered once that they we're sorry, item was handled improperly when coming off backorder & offered the item at a discounted price if I wanted. I proceeded to ask for a refund, and no responses since. Multiple emails have gone unanswered. PayPal was used for the purchase, & they can't help me cause disputes must be filed within 45 days. Working on credit card company linked to PayPal now. I gotta ask, how can Autotoys.com continue to to rob people over & over & get away with it? PLEASE STOP THE SCAMS!!!"

"I have been patiently waiting for the navtool kit since ordering (and paying) in October 2014. I kept getting the same reply, "not in stock". Last time I asked, they promised it would ship in January. End of January now and still no reply with shipment info. Need unit or refund, tired of waiting.

UPDATE:
After being 'prompted' by my negative review, I received the following email, "
Hello,
We just notice from NAVTOOL that the MYGIG boxes are back in stock -
“finally!” We expect to ship your order within a couple of days or earlier.
Going forward, we will have a tight relationship with Navtool and they have
promised they wont have any futher backorders. Please understand this was out of
our control and they were provided the ETA dates we were forward to you.

We will email you a tracking # shortly, and would you please consider removing
your review on resellers or revising it? Thank you much and have a good day "

It has been a week later now and still no tracking number or offer for refund. It has been nearly 4 months now since I paid for an item which was offered as "available to ship immediately".
