"I have ordered items in the past from Autopartsway. This last order, I was quite dissapointed due to the unavailabity of delivery in my area. I have not moved and do not understand why a $100 order of oil filters was not able to be shipped to my residence.
As a result, I have gone elsewhere with my business and was actually able to find a lesser price!
I also spoke with customer service online and via telephone and they were unable to give me a reason as to the unavailabity of delivery to my area nor did they express any concern at my disappointment.
This is very frustrating as in the past, I have had great success with customer service, your products and it's delivery."
