"Sent a damaged part(missing pieces, no damage to packaging) and agreed to send replacement immediately after call tag was issued. Spent 3 days through email trying to get replacement part sent as vehicle was down. Continually sent emails asking me to return the part after UPS had already picked up return. They continued to give me the runaround, sending macro responses. Refused to honor the agreement made with Steve in customer service. Poor communication. Bottom line...this company is ok to do business with IF you don't need to return a part. "
