"Quite disappointing.

I ordered 2 brake rotors and 1 set of brake pads. 1 rotor arrived then 24 hrs later the brake pads. Despite many attempts to have the 2nd rotor arrive it remains missing and my car disabled.

I paid for expedited shipping and did everything in my power to receive the 2nd component which is required for my car to pass an out of province inspection. I now have missed the weekend to work on the car which shall incurr great cost due to this issue.

Autopartsway do not seem to realise the urgency that there problem to service my order correctly.
