"I have four 2006 high miles sprinters that run 16 hour days, 360 days a year. At the end of 2020 I'll have 8. I'm always looking for reliable sources for parts. I found them through a internet search, purchased my first order and paid for overnight express. I called the next day to ask if there was anyway I can pay more to have it shipped faster. Unfortunately their cutoff time is 1pm and they forced me to ship it to my billing address instead of my shop however, he guaranteed me I'll have it by Wednesday the latest. Wednesday I get a email that the part is out of stock and they are cancelling my order. I called to ask wtf and the guys response is I can't help you do you want to leave a voicemail for my manager. No Brad, I don't want to leave a voicemail. So unprofessional and unreliable its incredible. I'll keep buying my parts from Europarts-sd.com thank you!!!! Don't waste your time. "FIrst of all, I own an e38 V12 BMW and AutohausAZ is by far the best resource for OEM parts I have found. Sure I can get many things like a fuel pump for less than a third the cost elsewhere, but the reliability of cheap Asian car parts is very questionable, actually the stuff is typically junk.
What really impressed me with my latest order, and I had spent a lot more to get the (German OEM) parts from AutohausAZ vs a competitor- on the one hand to support their business, and on the other to get the real German/Euro manufactured parts. What impressed me was they were out of the relay I needed as well as the washer pump in their warehouse and drop shipped the parts from another source and the relay they sent was a German OEM relay which was arguably nicer than the budget one I had ordered. All this happened seamlessly and they informed me through email what was happening and there was no delay in delivery so I could proceed with my repairs immediately.
When I pulled the original VDO OEM fuel pump which had lasted 24 years, and the replacement I had gotten was the exact same VDO fuel pump, the feeling of confidence installing that is a really good feeling.

"I’ve been shopping with AutohausAZ for several years. Never a problem with the correct parts, prices are usually competitive. Turnaround and delivery is at worst, reasonable. Occasionally, a part for a 36 year old car is unavailable, but that’s rare. If I’m looking for something, I may buy it from somewhere else if a competitor has a sale, but I’ll ALWAYS check with AutohausAZ. Especially so now that Bavauto is closing their shop, AZ is that much more needed. "

I was also told that half of the order was available, but had been canceled due to other parts not being available. I told the representative I still needed the available parts. He said they were on their way. It has now been nearly 2 months since the first order and still no parts. I have a small business repairing and restoring European cars.
