"In short: They care more about fraud protection for their own company than making a sale and shipping your paid for parts
In full story: Ordered coils for my M3 online without any issues. Paid for expedited shipping. Get an email next hour saying my credit card has "insufficient funds". After dialing their "customer service" number all of the voice recordings say that I should EMAIL or leave a VM while waiting for next customer service rep for 13 minutes. Person on the phone tells me that my order is in fraud state since my shipping address is registered to someone else and so is my cell phone number which I had for past 10 years. but they will work on it. Never heard back
Called again same day, another 16 minutes on the wait line, new rep tells me now they are having issues with my Credit Card and asks me to provide a phone number on the back of the card. huh? and tells me he will call me back ASAP. Never heard back until next day where I got email that they are "out of stock" so my order is canceled! So 2 days and lots of headache and they did not have any in stock. After email I went online and their website for that part says they still have in stock.
word to AutoHausAZ:
If you are going to play detective "pikachu", please make sure you have proper, up to date records and have your lazy reps call back to customer to clarify any suspicion of fraud ASAP and not limbo order."
"Ordered $500 OF Porsche Engine Parts on Tuesday (Next Day Delivery) I received a call from their warehouse stating the order would ship out complete on Wednesday for guaranteed delivery on Thursday. I figured ok, one extra day will be ok.
Porsche Cayenne is now apart and ready for parts on Thursday (customer picking up car tonight) NO PARTS.
Called 3 times emailed twice, no response. Finally get a hold of someone, they tell me they had an internet outage???
Parts never shipped, this is unacceptable in this industry when deadlines are expected !! NO call or email to let me know there was a delay!!
I Paid for Next Day Delivery and 2 days later the order has not even left their warehouse?? And still no tracking number
NEVER AGAIN, SHOULD HAVE ORDERED FROM ECS TUNING LIKE MY GUT TOLD ME TO!!!!
UPDATE - they have refunded my shipping cost and Expressed FedEx the shipment. I appreciate the effort and understand that things happen out of your control.
I will give Autohaus AZ another try in the future!

Since this item was hard to find, and since there appeared to be enough other mounting points, the product was installed - I hope I don't have problems with it.
