"Ordered Thursday 2pm CT paid overnite shipping received 10 am Friday which allowed me to get alignment, inspection, tagged and registered so I could drive on weekend legal. Awesome!!"

Awesome

"Ordered a variety of parts for my BMW and chose the 2 business day shipping method since I needed them in a hurry. The package arrived at my door not even 24 hours after I placed my order. Seriously impressed with the competitive prices at AutohausAZ and the shipping. Received all the right parts on time, packaging was great, and nothing was damaged in transit. 5 stars and will definitely be buying from here again. "

Poor

"After confidently ordering a part in stock, I was days later informed that they didn't have it in stock!
They were waiting to be re-supplied.
Yes, it was irritating, but I understand about these sorts of foul-ups.

I had to finally call to find out about my order. Said it would be another day.

Now, if it were my company (which it isn't), I would have gladly told me the customer, that it would be shipped "next day", instead of my waiting yet 3 more days!

The customer service person was fine, and the website if okay.

Good parts, tricky shipping

"I ordered a part on a Thursday PM during normal hours, and paid extra for expedited 1 day shipping. I expected the order to be processed at the latest on Friday AM, and expected part delivery on Saturday. The part did not arrive until Monday. The part status did not update over the weekend, it just said "Processing", so I was not even sure it had been processed. Had I understood that shipping days did not include weekends, I would have saved $$ and just shipped normal mail. I contacted AutoHaus AZ and they explained the no weekend thing, but the shipping soured me on the whole transaction.

I guess I order too much on Amazon and expect 1 day to mean 1 day, not 3 days.

Like I said, good parts, just be aware of the shipping terms.

My part hasn’t arrived

"I’ve been trying to contact help support but nobody wants to pick up the phone and I payed for a 2 day shipping which is extra $$ and it **** that I still haven’t received my part in the mail please fix this and give me a call or something I’m getting really annoyed that nobody is doing their job right "

Poor customer service

"I ordered parts July 12th in the morning with plenty of time to ship that same day, but received a notice on July 16th that the order shipped that day. I have called everyday since and left 1 voicemail and sent an e-mail asking for an explanation as to why it shipped days later and to track my shipment. I was given a tracking number via e-mail without carrier info. I have yet to receive an e-mail or call back."
