"On March 22/07 I placed an order which as of April 27/07 I haven't received it yet and I'm not expecting it anytime soon. I think I lost my money here...

Nobody gives me a reason for my order and it seems like nobody cares.

VEY BAD SERVICE!!!!!

I do not recommend to anyone to use this service.

"My first experience with AutoBarn was good. No problems. I read alot of different people that had problems but mine was good. I ordered a pair of headrest monitors that came from Vizualogic. I got the headrest stuff in about five business days. I would use Autobarn again. "

"Purchased 2/15/07 via PayPal. AIR FRESHENERS took NINETEEN days to arrive. (3/05/07) NO COMMUNICATION, despite multiple eBay e-mails to seller querying the status of my order. A phone call to the company got neither order information nor an apology. Incompetent and unprofessional seller. "

"This ismy first experience with your store and one which is have regreted, I ordered a full set of Cool Blue bulbs for my '02 Mazda, I received
4 item of low beam, your clerk insisted that I
was at fault since I ordered extra bulbs, why would I make such an order. I tolfd him that I
was purchasing the full set of High & Low since
my car never had the cool blue. His insistance
that he was right and I the customer was at fault was very discouriging to me. I had to meet the extra cost of return part of the shippment
which was not my fault. I am not encouraged to
do further business with Auto Barn.

"I am VERY unhappy with my purchasing experience. The merchandise I ordered arrived as broken pieces. I sent an inquiry to customer service last week and received an email which said that I would be contacted by a sales rep. "i ordered seat covers as a gift on 12/18. it is now 1/8/07. 3 WEEKS LATER!!! i still haven't received this order. i have sent several emails and have not seen a reply. this is the worst online transaction ever. thanks autobarn, you made me look like an ass on xmas and it just keeps on going! you can bet i will let everyone know about this and to beware of purchasing from you."

"BUYER BEWARE!!! ....And this is coming from someone who has never ever written a negative review! While my order did come to my home in good timing (within a week - even over the New Year holiday) and it came well packaged and in good condition, the company did not send me what I ordered. I ordered a license plate tag with a brand *logo* (picture as shown on the Amazon site, with product description stating, "You are VIEWING a...."). Instead of receiving the logoed plate, I received a completely different plate...one with the brand script on a completely different background color. I think it is extremely poor business practice to ship an item that wasn't ordered by a customer. When I finally got some decent feedback from Autobarn, they basically said that they can't exchange it because they don't have the logoed tag in stock. Wow, how cheesy - they never even had it!!! If they didn't have the exact item in stock, they should have just said so from the beginning. Honesty is the best policy! When I finally asked for a refund, the company gave me an RGA# to send it back, but were not going to pay for the return shipping. After all of this hassle (which, by the way, their site claims that they provide a "hassle free" transaction), I decided that I will just learn to like my new tag, and make sure to inform future buyers to be cautious when thinking of dealing with this company. Shame on you, Autobarn!
