"I had a small leak in my tire and they fixed it by replacing the valve stem. It still leaked so I made an appointment to go back. My appointment was at 10 am. I left my car and he said it should be done by noon. They didn't even look at my car until 3 p.m.
I needed a new tire. My car was not ready for pick up until 6 p.m.! The reason for them needing better service is even if I leave my car there doesn't mean I want to wait ALL day to pick it up when I had a morning appointment. What is the point of having an appointment if they are not going to look at your car at that time. They had my car for 8 hours for only one tire. Not very happy about that."
