"I made an appointment online for a safety inspection. My appointment was accepted and confirmed via email. When I arrived at the store for my inspection, the guy behind the counter told me that there really wasn't anyone there that day to do the inspection and that he was surprised that the system even let me schedule the appointment.
He said he'd do it, but that it might be a while before he got to it. With all of that said, the inspection did get done, and in a fairly reasonable amount of time."
"I had an alignment done last month. Right when I left, I noticed my steering wheel was crooked which didn't have that problem before. I made another appointment and showed up but they said the machine was broken so I had to schedule another one. Brought it back, they did another one then said that's the best they can get it. Go to the dealer to get it perfect. A couple weeks went by and I kept hearing a click coming from the front end. I finally went to another shop to have it checked out. THE TIE ROD BOLT WAS NEVER TIGHTEN DOWN! That thing could have snapped off and killed me on the highway! Never going back again "
