"I purchased the Omega Constellation ladies watch (123.55.24.60.57.001) for my wife during the 'Dads and Grads' sale and gave it to her last night for her birthday. It was an amazing experience for her and for me. First, about the watch, it is brand new, completely authentic, flawless and stunning. From start to finish, this was a great experience. I read all their policies regarding returns (incl. the 10% restocking fee for watches over $5,000), on authenticity, warranty, etc. I did my homework on AW's legitimacy (including talking with a friend of mine who has several Rolexes and has purchased from Authentic Watches and Jomashop). I had several very clear, professional interactions with the sales team there (first by phone (Jack or James) ; later by email (Lilly, Shane) as I arranged and completed the wire transfer and mailing instructions so my wife didn't see it early.
The whole thing went as well as it could and the watch is perfect. Absolutely no hesitation recommending them."
"I bought a brand new Rolex Explorer from their website. When I received the watch, there was rust under the clasp. Clearly it was not new as Rolex would never send out a timepiece in that condition. I called to return the watch and was hit with a 10% restocking fee because the watch is over $5000. All they could do is offer me store credit, but why would I want to buy from them when I cant trust them. Really shady company and I advise you to not purchase anything from them over $5000."

“Client purchased a brand new, authentic item. He wished to return it because he "felt" it wasn't authentic. We offered to accept it back for a refund. He refused to ship it back, demanding the refund first. Of course, this simply does not exist in the business world, where a client is shipped merchandise, then has the company refund him in full, then hope that he sends it back.
The client wanted a refund, yet refused to return the item. We informed him we couldn't provide him a refund until he returned the item. He then hired an attorney, and we told the attorney the same thing. Then, at the advise of his attorney, he returned the item, and received his refund.
The attorney fee he is describing is not by our choice; We told him to return to get a refund, he refused. So he hired a lawyer, who told him to return it to get a refund. He paid a lawyer to tell him to do what we had just told him to do. We're sorry that the client experienced anything negative of this nature, but this could all have been avoided.
To re-iterate the most important part of all of this, the item he purchased was authentic, as are all items we offer for sale. ”
"I bought a Tudor Heritage Black Bay watch from Authentic Watches. One of the white dots on the watch face has become unattached. Authentic Watches has refused to cover this repair under its "Warranty" because it says that it does not cover repairs to watch faces. Do not buy a watch from a company that engages in such shifty warranty repair practices."
“We are sorry, however, dials are not covered under warranty. The warranty covers a defect within the mechanism of the movement. The reason hour markers on dials are not covered is because it takes a pretty strong impact to a watch to knock loose an hour marker, and no warranty covers damages of the nature this client's timepiece was subjected to by the client.”
"I purchased a watch from them on 11/29/17 for $4,775.00. The chronograph button came off of the watch in January 2019. I sent watch back for repair because it was still under warranty. They received the watch on 1/31/19. On 2/6/19, I received an email stating I would receive an update from their service center on 3/2/19. I had to email them on 3/4/19 asking for an update. Their response was that they emailed their service center asking for an update. After a few more email exchanges of asking for updates, I finally get an update from their service center on 4/9/19 (over 2 months they had the watch). The service center states that after thorough examination, the watch has sustained damage due to impact, which is not covered under warranty. But the watch was worn under normal conditions and only shows signs of normal wear and tear. There is no visible sign of an impact or impacts. There are no visible scratches, dents, dings, or knicks on the watch. Service center said they did a ‘thorough examination,’ but how can they do a ‘thorough examination,’ if they did not open the watch? How are they able to determine an ‘impact’ happened if they are no visible signs on the outside of the watch?The inside of the watch was never looked at. Furthermore, the watch was able to tell time when I sent the watch back in January, even though the chronograph button was missing from the watch, it was still working. When I received the watch back from them on 5/1/19 (now it has been 3 months), the watch is not working, it does not tell time. When I sent them the watch, it was working. I sent it back for repair of the chronograph button, when I received the watch back from them, not only was the chronograph button not fixed, the watch is not telling time. They are also not honoring the manufacturer warranty, which under the manufacturer warranty, this issue may be covered. "
"This was my first experience with making such a large purchase via a company I could not visit in person. It was also my first experience buying from a gray market company. Working with the company's representative was easy and she was pleasant to deal with. She told me about their process and what to expect each step of the way. She was correct all along. Because of the size of the purchase, the company required payment via wire transfer, which was at least a little suspicious and, as a retired banker, somewhat intimidating since the company resides across the country from where I live. However, I also understand the company needing to protect itself from perpetrators of fraud; I hope the inability to transact via credit card was reflected in the price, which is difficult to gauge. But the watch arrived as promised, when promised, brand new in the box, and worked exactly like a buyer of that brand would expect it to work. I can see myself buying from AuthenticWatches.com again when I'm in the market for a new watch."
"They are ripoff artist. I purchased my watch because of their extended return policy for the holidays. I wanted to make sure if I purchased a watch without seeing it, I could return if I didn’t like it. Well I didn’t like it and attempted to return the item when I was told they would charge me a 10% restocking fee. I asked why to which I was told because I paid with 2forms of payment. Had I paid with one form it would be no restocking fee. Can anyone tell me how this makes any kind of sense? When I asked the general manager Peter(at least he said he was the GM) he abruptly stopped me and said@nothing you say will change my mind about this”. So I am out $230 in realty fees because I split my payment. CROOKS!!!"

"I bought an In Stock Special and it arrived the next day! The watch was a Longines "Heritage," model L 2777-4530. The box was clearly expertly packed, and contained an envelope with a Certificate of Authenticity and a Warranty card, completely and accurately filled out. Also several business cards.
The watch appears as depicted in the advertisement photo; to me, it looks like a WW I-era "Retro" design, with Gold Hands against a black dial, and subdial for seconds; the date is also there, at the 6 o'clock position.
The watch itself was in factory-fresh, pristine condition, snugly wrapped inside a plastic sleeve, and with all the Tags. I couldn't find a fault with this level of product and service."

In order to avoid payment of a restocking fee (which is 10% for any item over $5,000), he took pictures of a smudge of some kind on the underside of the clasp guard (which was later simply touched with a cloth to be removed). He claimed it was rust (it wasn't).
